Important update - Blocking users
Many players complained they are getting blocked for no reason at all. Majority of them expressed they would like to know the reason at least. Some of them went even farther and involved third parties to contact those who blocked them why and ask why they blocked them.
Some blamed blocking someone on clumsy fingers claiming it was an accident.
Now, with the reason box available, clumsy fingers can't just block someone out of pure clumsiness and those who want the reason will receive it. It still doesn't mean that everyone will write the reason, maybe someone doesn't want to do that, but they still have to write something, even if it's just one letter.

You can always send a message to PH staff with the screenshot of the mailman's message you received with the reason for blocking, but it only applies if you choose the option to get notified if blocked. If you choose not to get notified, you won't receive the notification nor the reason.
Again, choice is there for everyone to pick what they prefer. Some players expressed they feel uncomfortable with notifications, so these reasons were taken into consideration as well. Now blocking feature is more user-friendly for everyone.

The new reason box is created so you can't block people by mistake, and it can also clear things up with the blocked person, if you feel like explaining. If you don't, just write 'my reasons' or something similar :)
