Tell a friend you appreciate them, make a donation to an organization that does good or people who are struggling, send these resources to someone who needs them. Most importantly, every day make sure to do something to take care of yourself. You might turn off your phone and make an art piece, quietly listen to music, meditate, call someone you love, clean up the space around you, or do some other form of self-care.

If you are in the United States, the US Department of Veteran Affairs has a free app called Mindfulness Coach which can be downloaded for Android or iOS. It has a bunch of different mindfulness/meditation tracks you can use to support your mental health and wellbeing. I love the iRest tracks personally (they're an extra download if you scroll to the bottom) but if you're new to this, you should probably just focus on your breathing. Meditation always helps me when I'm overwhelmed, anxious, or just in a funk. It's also great for day to day life and can help with your resilience to anxiety, stress, pain, and frustration in the long term.
Do something you love. Make an outfit for fun! Make yourself a nice drink! The internet can be negative and frustrating (including on this site) but many of us appreciate the lovely, positive community we have here. If you'd like to, feel free to share something small that brings you joy today, such as the taste of a yummy drink, seeing a cute little butterfly, or turning in an assignment you've been struggling with. Maybe you're happy of and proud of your PXFC outfit and want to share! Whatever you share, make sure it is positive, empathetic, and not at the expense of anyone else.
Feel free to share any of your own favored resources below as well as organizations you think need donations, but please avoid posting the actual links (ideally say the name of the org instead) as this helps us avoid potential phishing links. My personal (and therefore biased, not associated with XL) recommendations at the current moment are the Transgender Law Center and eSims for Gaza. I'll go ahead and link them as I'm a XL official and I know I'm not personally posting phishing links (but always be skeptical of links posted online). And of course, there are many other charities who do good, but for now I'll highlight these two.
