O dd little skeletons walk on sidewalks, R eal ghouls yell trick or treat, T ricky monsters hide behind walls, R ickety old robots, E lves with pointy hats, A ll roam the sidewalk together because T onight is Halloween.
Halloween is a glorious time where we get to take dressing up to any extreme you want!!

Contest is open to all Agnostica CitizensYou can enter up to TWO times, cuz who doesn't like to dress up...and I mean...Halloween...so many options!!You can only win once (this is open to debate based on feedback)You can enter starting, well, now. I 100% get the idea of "unveiling" for the first time in the voting thread, but posting here also helps create interest in the community and hopefully some nice chat. Not to worry though, you can still submit 2 times if you want to though (and I do encourage it), 1 to me via PM, 1 in thread.

If you are not familiar how to post picture, this how you do:
1. Dress up your bimbo as you wish and save your outfit.
2. Keep that outfit as your "current" outfit.
3. Add your outfit to your post by clicking "my closet" button, the one with hangar image.

obviously it is inactive, but in line with others population ratio wise. It used to be that things like contests could draw people in, but with people being able to hold them essentially whenever now, along with BL sponsored ones, it is more difficult to do so. If you look in other state forums, you will see that even with me having to gomia for a couple months for personal reasons, that we still have more in-state fashion contests than others, we have also tried state building contests such as state flower and such...something that other states are now starting as well...we were first there, as well as picture polling votes, state vs state contests and the first multi-themed contest...but having random contests pop up has really been a steak in the heart of these events....which is a bit of a shame, as we had seen activity rising.
