Well, HLB, actually it's totally opposite from what you write. If somebody holds (let's say) 3 accounts, it doesn't matter for that person or Bimboland, if that person donates accounts with real money directly or via gifts from one accounts to another.

on the other hand, if gifts were something you can pay with B$ or diamonds (so not a real currency), then you could run 3 or more accounts, send your gang to work, win duels, etc, to finally donate with your B$ & Diamonds your main account.

So actually having gifts that you need to pay for with your real money changes nothing in cheating problem, while having an option to transfer virtual money would only encourage players to start more than 1 account. It's just... I feel that those gifts will not be much useful and popular here :)

Iulja is very correct about gift's of Diamonds and B$ from one player to another out of their personal account's.
It would be a disaster, because that would make it 'To-EASY'.

I maintain a level 6 on that site. How do you think she became ranked #350th out of 6 million players, at one point?
I was given level 89+ clothing item's by friend's... Honestly, of course, just due to my popularity, but when the moderator's started seeing a level 6 that was destroying very high-level player's in contests wearing clothing I shouldn't have been able to have. They wondered HOW?
Lucky for me, I knew the #3 Mod at the time, and she defended me, and even sent me more gift's from her very high level. Some player's found it amusing, but 'Most' just found it to be unfair.
Bimboland's doesn't have that 'level' / sophistication of game-play yet.
However if there is any weakness in a game's rule's, it is certain that someone will find a way to exploit it.

Actually, what you wrote makes perfect sense, lulja. In other words, if someone wants to cheat, they would have to pay with real money either way: whether they gift things to themselves or add money to their account. Either way is accomplished with a credit card.

However, if we could exchange game items (clothes, diamonds, B$, hair, etc....in other words, items that aren’t real and can’t be bought directly with a credit card) with other players, this would be much more of an incentive to cheat because playing the game with multiple accounts would be a better way to earn all these things faster.

then make the rule: you can only give gifts if you are level 15 or higher. multiple accounts are forbidden anyways, then they can ban all the accounts on that ip adress, and remove the gifted clothes

Multiple accounts are forbidden and yes, we have new detectives. But I am not sure if you understand how catching multis works in practice. Well versed players can run multis for a long time and go unnoticed because they know how to avoid admins/detectives attention. It is totally true what Kimsim and Iulja said about exchanging/transferring in-game money/diamonds/tokens/items that it would be door wide open to abuse.

Many other online games have features similar to this one or the same. Players can buy gifts to each other with real money, without transferring in-game resources. We can use this new feature or not, it ups to us. At the moment it seems that this feature won't be much popular, but let it be. Things might change in future.
Personally, I really don't believe that someone who is not paying senatorship for her/his account or using top-ups is going to buy gifts for someone else, but we never really know.

You can say that the only purpose of this feature is for Bimbo Team to collect money, while actually such features exist in many other online games, especially bigger ones. In the end, if you refuse to buy gifts game team simply won't profit on this (or on you).
If someone decides to buy gifts for others it's on that person, who spends their own money, not out of your or someone's else pocket. It's good to have more features as long as they don't hurt already existing game and players because some of this features might be handy someone.

I would surely like if I could exchange or gift some items I got when level up because most of them I don't need or don't like the color. Downside of that - if we all start exchanging items we have for something we need, we would probably spend way less B$ in shops. Consequently, it would change the game and rules as they are now and that probably won't be so good for farther development. Anyway, we can still sell items we don't need and earn some 'easy' money.

One thing I wouldn't like to see and that would be the abuse of this new feature by game team is if they refuse to give prices for unofficial contests and that way try to condition contests creators to buy gifts for participants, for instance. I believe it won't happen and that was just one idea of possible misuse of this feature by game team and admins. Other than such things, I really don't see anything bad in this feature and how it possibly hurt anyone.

that is why i said: a possibility to make a wishlist. and that another player can buy it for you with their own b$. and no trades or swaps with the items already bougth. this way people keep spending money in the shops and in the treasury.
i personaly dont want to trade or give my own items. i just want a possibility to buy someone a nice dress or hat or something.
