entering voting page (by typing URL, cos there was no other way) before voting started, is a cheating!this is not what they did. as i have repeatedly said, their screenshot proves they accessed voting 15 minutes after it started. i will not attempt to explain to you again after this response, since you seem to be so adamantly stuck on refusing to acknowledge what has repeatedly been explained by multiple users.

I was posting because I was genuinely confused that the voting page I received was not different from previous PBFC voting pages.
I suspect that BL servers log what time I visited what page & can see that I did in fact visit after midnight--after voting opened.
I chose to skip voting & can't access the page again for several hours. I will see what happens then.

electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible
to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.
