CAN money by happiness?
Yes. Money definitely buys you happiness. And anyone who tells you otherwise is a hypocrite or is trying to sell you something.
All my life i have been told by the media and Mr. Big fat money bags that "Money doesn't buy you happiness". What a load of hot steaming shit (excuse my rudeness). Every time i hear or see someone saying these words, an unbelievable rage fills me i wish i could punch them with a nuclear bomb held by the hulk.
I have been poor, and i have been rich. And let me tell you, saying that "it's awful being poor" is the understatement of a lifetime. I do not wish it on my worst enemy it's that horrible. If anyone wronged me, i'd wish they'd get a huge mole on their nose or their pants gets ripped when they bend because i know they can easily fix that with money. But i'd never wish them to be poor! Being poor & in debt ruins dreams, families and livelihoods. It could turn the most strongest willed person into their lowest inhuman vice. Being poor actually ruined my family's relationship with each other. Not a single day goes by where they don't scream their heads off about a problem related to money. I have seen families die because they couldn't afford enough money for an operation or a surgery. I have heard many cases of people committing suicide to escape debt. I myself have been poor and in debt and they were the lowest moments of my life. They were so bad the thoughts of suicide didn't escape me for 2 years. Because i know if i did it my family would be spared from my debts and it's misery. And i bet anyone who was in my shoes will confirm that having no money is nothing to be happy about.
Long story short, always strive to be (i am not going to say "financially stable" as we live in a age were fluctuating economy is unpredictable and AI taking most human jobs, and at the same time everything is getting ungodly expensive) rich or as close to rich as you can get. Cause the world is only gonna get more and more expensive with robots and machines taking more and more jobs from humans from here on out. There are millions of ways to get money online now a person can work on 50 jobs, all of them online. So please, for the love o god, never listen to anyone who tells you "Money doesn't buy you happiness". They are not your friend nor is their advice an advice. And as many people here pointed it out: "I'd rather cry in a limousine than under a bridge inside a carton box".

Yes, I grew up very poor. We struggled to have enough money to buy food and pay rent. If you don't have to worry about that then you should be grateful. People with money have more opportunities to do things to be happy.
