First impressions
1-None of the ministers dared to disagree with the website owner. What about demand things that people want?
2-By becoming menister of a city the next objective is to become Prime Bimbo (after all, that one is, apparently, the only person who earns real money in this game). In this case the policies and needs of the cities will be in second plan, and the tendence is that ministers will succumb to populism or, if you prefer, diplomacy.
3 - The most important changes to the game to become more fun involved, of course, programming. And, certainly, the changes will come very slowly if this site is not a source of income for the owner. After all, unfortunately, we live in capitalism and So does Bimbolands.
Anyway, I still like the general idea of the game and I will wait to see.

Let's be honest about the whole PB pay thing here, $300/£200 is hardly a life changing sum of money for anyone to receive. That's the same amount of money I'd get paid to work three 9 hour shifts. If the Prime Bimbo is expected to give up time to fulfil their role's duties, then I don't really see an issue with them receiving a small wage for four months in what is essentially assisting the owner to build/develop the site. I don't think it's necessary, but if Chris is actually going to say "Here are some clear guidelines for the site to progress with", then I'm actually really happy that some kind of decision has been made. To be decisive is to give direction (very much needed in Bimbolands!)
I know a lot has been said recently, but I think we all need to move on from the drama and cooperate if we want Bimbolands to progress at all, even if that does mean making the occasional compromise. Better communication between all of us is the first step.

I'm pretty annoyed at the whole idea of ignoring the citizens requests of not giving the money to the prime minister. I fear the abuse of this system and I do ask that the next prime bimbo gives receipts of the transactions they make with the money they give so we do know it was given towards whatever thing we agreed on.
We'll see how the new system goes in the long run! I hope things do go well!
