How can i access clothes for big boobs? The big boob section is unavailable and there are almost no shirts that fit big boobs.

If you think of clothes boob job, it switches in your closet when you get boob job. Some tops and dresses may disappear if they don't have version for boob job body.
If you didn't do boob job and use just Jessica boobs, then all clothes is already available for you. Boob job category is still empty, but there will clothes that is already known to you.
Now I am not sure which big boobs you think of. But anyway, 'boob job' category in shop is still empty for all of us, no matter is you did boob job, have regular small boobs or wear huge Jessica boobs.
Check Costumes, I added there yesterday Hooters uniform made by Bambi Foxx there. Just set search on 'date newest fist' and you will find the top made for Jessica boobs.

Some items are just moved into 'Big Boobs' category and they are accessible for all bimbos now. Note that only items made for Jessica boobs are moved, it's 98 items in total at the moment.

May I propose adding different sizes of boobs when going for a boob job
That would be cool but not manageable at the moment. Each different boob size would expect clothes made for that boob size and it include categories tops, dresses, underwear and coats.
Another problem related to boob job is that we can't upload items for them at the moment. It is not on our or designers end, but it's related to upload system. We can upload however items for small boobs (regular default doll) and items what you can see in 'Big boobs' category that fit Jessica boobs. Jessica boobs are very big ones that you can buy for money in shop and no with diamonds as boobs job.

None of who us who add items don't have an answer why that hasn't happened yet or why switch to boob job hasn't fixed yet. It obviously worked at some point in the past. If it worked once I don't see the reason either why it can't work again.
We already pointed to that issue many many times, all of us, but nothing happened so far :/ I also sent request about you suggestion on backgrounds and was told they will look into it. Time has passed since then, no new answers yet.
If you want, you can also write to them and give suggestions you posted here via private messages. That might have more effects than writing it here over and over again, because they don't check each thread every day, nor go through each single post and suggestion.
You can also start the thread as a sort of initiative with propositions, it can include voting and what not, and then invite them to tell us what can and can't be done. Initiative threads related to only one topic with clear suggestions and propositions are more formal and official than threads such this one or 'improvements suggestions' where posts get lost among many others similar or different posts.

Jessica boobs are bigger. You can buy them for the money in the shop, not with diamonds at Mr.Chops. With buying Jessica boobs your closet doesn't switch to another boob size, your clothes stay the same.
When you do boob job at Mr.Chops, payed with diamonds, your closet and shop switch. So then you can see there items that fit that boob size. The switch affects Tops, Dresses, Lingerie and Coats. There are a few problems however. We were/are not able to add new items for boob job boobs, so you won't be able to have many new items that belong to these 4 categories. Another problem that seems less annoying but is still a big flaw is that backgrounds are cut for small boobs. Because BG layer goes above the doll base, boob job is practically invisible because background covers the part of the boobs. With some clothes this problem is not so obvious but with other clothes it looks pretty lame. With having Jessica boobs, that are separate layer, you don't face that problem with backgrounds because you move boobs layer above the BGs layer.
Third, once you buy Jessica boobs they are in your closet forever and you can put them on and off as you wish. With boob job it's not possible. When you want to undo boob job you have to pay again for it, and can't just put it on and off. And yeah, you can lost some items from the closet when do boob job if these items don't have boob job version.
