I lost many times in debates. The current tally is definitely not accurate.
Yeah, I know I got votes from the first Manila group, and I voted for them in the past too. But I also voted for many pretty bimbos that are not part of this. Of course I got votes from Bella, she’s my friend and that makes me friends with the rest of them (all deactivated) but I’m certain I voted against them too.
About my fights from January 25th, I may have gotten perfect votes but I don’t think I have too many though. I don’t even aim to be on the top 10. I usually turn it off til I buy new clothes or til I have saved up tokens. I think Ive been most active in April and/or May.

Okay, so what it looks like to me is this:
Three women all work in the same building, and as a result probably also hang out in some of the same cafes and take the same buses and whathaveyou. They mostly log on to this site from work or while out and about, rather than from home - so a lot of their IPs are the same, because an IP address belongs to an internet connection and not to a device.
They're all pretty prone to being in relationships with each other and voting for each other in fights and debates, which makes perfect sense (they're IRL friends!) and is in no way against the rules.
One of these three women went a bit off-piste and made a whole bunch of other accounts. She owned up straight off the bat (for which, props) but didn't realise that because of the way IPs work she'd be putting the other two in the line of fire as well.
That's my working theory, anyhow. And the obvious solution is that the one with the extra accounts should be given a serious warning and told to use only one from now on, and permabanned if she doesn't. The other two should clearly be left alone!

Huntress has a different work schedule though that’s why she (well he’s gay as he already admitted in one of the posts here) logs in usually at a later time than we do and he’s in a different room. But I remember that she has logged in at my spot twice just to show me her outfit and ask if they look good :).
Bella and I don’t live together but we always hang out. We’re neighbors. We go to work together, grave yard shift, and hang out in the morning.
I doubt that she own pretty little liar, I don’t see any reason to leave out one bimbo. I know she’s planning to create a new one as mentioned in her last comment but not too soon.

So say an account is cheating but is unaware that IPs can be tracked the 2 accounts would show the same IP address because that person is just doing the said action from their house. The detective is aware that people could be in the same house, under the same wifi etc. It might just look suspicious when one account is bouncing around to a bunch of different networks often, and there is no clear "home" network. For instance when I check my IP on my pc, phone and tablet it's all the same and this IP is clearly that of my home which I use 90% of the time. Someone could use a VPN that would consistently change their IP every time they log in, or they might just use different networks when they go to a cafe. Using your phone (on data) changes your IP to that of your mobile network - so yes your IP does change in that fact.
This is my basic understanding/explanation. There's a lot of consideration factors that go into someone being a suspect, and just because someone is a suspect doesn't mean there is a guilty verdict.
