As most of you know this is my second term. If you are a new player who has joined in October I wish you very warm welcome❣
I didn't see a need to rush with an announcement before making a more detailed plan for this month, this term and set certain things in a motion. However, there are a couple of important topics that have to be addressed so I am going to start with them.
1.1. Problems with senatorship superscription:
1) Being double billed for the same month
2) Not getting a full package (bonuses are there but Ds are missing or
the other way around, you got it all but your status didn't switch or
something else)
3) Not being able to unsubscribe from the game and instead you had to
cancel it through paypal
1.2. Solutions
If you've had experienced problem 1) and 2) report it using 'Report a problem' button at the bottom of the page. Do not use 'Contact us' form. Set priority on 'Urgent'. Clearly explain what kind of problem you are facing. If possible include screenshots as examples and/or proof. Since you can't add screenshots directly, you have to rely on external sources. I used imgur for that purpose, made a special album related only to the matter in question and added the link of that album. (That was about different kind of problem but I assume it's going to work well for the problems with subs too)

You can be refunded or compensated in some other way - that is something you are going to discuss with admins.
If you've had experienced problem 3) at the moment the only solution is to unsubscribe via paypal. If you are not sure how to do that feel free to message me.
So far as a I know, gifts and top-ups don't suffer from issues mentioned above since they are 'one time pay' type of thing and not recurrent payments such as subscription.
If you want to be a senator but still feel afraid of possible problems, you can ask someone to gift each other, or send money to a friend who is going to gift you a senatorship. The downside of this solution is a) It doesn't count for the badges and b) You don't get 500 Ds as with regular sub.
2.1. Problems with logging in:
1) Instead of log in you clicked on Register and can't go back and exit that page
2) You created new acc. because of the problem 1)
3) If your new account got banned meanwhile because of the problem 2) and if your last log in was at that acc. you come to the page which says you have been banned and can't enter your real acc.
2.2. Solutions for the problems listed above:
1) You are at this page (don't click) https://ximbo.land/site/registrationStepOne . What you have to do is next: delete 'registrationStepOne' from the link, instead type 'logout'. Temporary you will see this as a link https://ximbo.land/site/LogOut and in a second or few you will be back to the main page https://ximbo.land/ . Then you will be able to log in at your account again without being forced to create a new one.
2) Make sure you log out from new account, message me or any FP member about it so that we know it wasn't a cheating attempt. Since you logged out from new acc. and log in back to the real one, banning new one will not make you a problem when you log out and in next time.

Always make sure to know which type of registration method you used. There are 3 options:

1) Registration using email and password - When choose this one, you get confirmation email with the link. It is necessary to confirm your registration otherwise you won't be able to use your account. When you want to log in you use Login button at the home page and your username (not email) and password.
2) Registration via Facebook - You don't get confirmation email. In order to log in again after logging out, you have to log in first on your FB acc. Then go to blue button Facebook Sign-In.
3) Registration via google account - Same process as with Facebook, except you have to be logged in on google acc. in order to log in on your BL acc. and use pink Google Sign-In button.
3.1. You have received a message from Fashion Police Mailman
It could be because:
1) Your forum post got moved, closed, edited or deleted
2) Multiple accounts have been spotted and you are asked to choose which one you want to keep
3) You have been warned because of inappropriate content or behavior
3.2. Solutions and replies
1) If your forum post got moved or closed you probably won't feel the need to contact anyone but if you do message any FP members. If your post got edited or deleted you get the reason why. If something is still unclear, again, message any of FP members.
2) If you want to discuss the issue, do not reply to Mailman message, instead contact any of FP members.
3) Remove inappropriate content. If you want to discuss the issue, same as 2) - message FP members
In short: Do NOT reply to Fashion Police Mailman, we don't receive these messages, instead message any of us.
4.1. You reported a user because of message content:
1) You have been blocked and the given reason is offensive
2) You received inappropriate message
4.2. What to do?
Since we don't have an insight into Mailman messages and private convos you are asked to message any of us with the proof - most often it's a screenshot. Don't wait for us to message you asking for a proof, it only delays the process. Instead, send us screenshots right after filing a report. Same as above, don't reply to Mailman, message us.
Make sure and aware that issues 3. and 4. are always discussed in private instead of forum. If such post appears in forum it is going to be removed. It is already listed in RULES [Ximboland & Forum rules] anyway.
Let's move now to lighter and more fun topics...
Hope you have been enjoying Crazes so far :) If you are wondering why the craze has pt. 1 and pt. 2 the answer is being able to use all planed bonuses as much as possible.
Weekly mini crazes are going to be set soon. You will be able to see them in Upcoming events. PB craze Pt.1&2 already included bonuses planned for the first two October weekly mini-crazes. Beside PB craze and weekly mini crazes there is going to be Halloween craze too!
A little sneak peek - October is going to be spooktacular with a lot of events and of course some shivering prizes!
Place for the Minister of Foreign Affairs is empty at the moment. If someone is interested in such kind of duty, message me so we can talk more in depth about it. I am going to make an application form, until then you can think about if such kind of duty suits you.
What is expected from MoFA?
- To have at least basic photo-editing skills
- To be familiar with making IG posts, stories and reels
- To be familiar with applications that has to do with photo and video editing

In the previous term I was dealing with IG. I have had quite a fun doing that, however it takes time and it is not the only one of my duties. Maw has resigned, life gets busy sometimes which is understandable, so the place is empty since the beginning of my October term.
When application gets on, please apply only if you are sure that you really want it and know how to do. I am looking for someone who can be at least as good and Maw was and me, preferably better. It is fun thing to do but it doesn't mean it should be taken too lightly. It is not my intention to sound arrogant or demotivating, these are just my terms and expectations since it's the official page.
Beside topics mentioned above, I've been updating my old thread together with FP for new players to help them for the start. That's the same thread linked in my sig. The idea is to have some sort of the guidance for the forum and the game, to include frequently asked questions and so on.
Also, from now on, I am going to use this thread for gifting prizes that are not related to forum contest, but for type of stuff such as bot hunting, IG prizes, etc.
