This time the rules are a bit different. Instead of posting themes in the to forum, send me your suggestions in private message. Just title the message PBFC March so I can search it easier in inbox and don't miss any.
There is not going to be public voting this month. Last few month there were less than 50 votes in some polls and it seems like this system became boring with multiple polls and pop-ups. Also, knowing the theme about a week or ten days in advance kinda defeats the contest purpose.
This time, the themes are the secret and I will pick the March theme. Since I am going to pick the theme, the prize for the winner is going to be bigger. Instead of Medium Chest + 200 Ds, the prize will be gifted monthly senatorship + 500 Ds.
The rules about the themes stay the mostly the same except some small differences due to the current change:
1. Only one theme per player. Since you are sending them to me, you can of course change your mind and send a new one, just be clear which one to take into account.
2. Give your theme a proper headline and clear description - that is very important to me because I will pick the theme based on description as well, not only based on the title. Also will consider availability of shop items, etc.
3. If you send me a theme that is the same as or similar to a theme someone has sent before you, it is Ok this time. I will pick the one that has more clear description or eventually ask you to send another suggestion if they end up being too similar.
4. Themes that can be interpreted as cultural appropriation are not allowed.
5. Themes that can be interpreted as discriminatory against any group of people are not allowed.
6. Themes based on the specific tv shows, movies, books, games, comics, etc. will not count.

7. Themes that were already PBFC themes or are very similar to them (1 year time frame) will not count either.

NOTE: Look at this like a trial version. It doesn't necessary mean this system is going to stay. I want to try it this way for one month and see how it works. In March, after PBFC starts, I will post all suggestions and there will be the poll to pick one of the two systems you prefer - public suggestions and picks with multiple polls and smaller prize as we had until this time or secret suggestions and my pick with the bigger prize.
Reasons for this change:
- First and foremost it looks like that many of active players don't even vote and have lost interest for both suggesting and voting.
- There is zero of surprise factor when the theme is known days in advance.
