it's honestly insulting that team bimbo does these things while refusing to make any sort of statement about it all. they do realize we are paying them, right? a craze is nice but it's by no means a fix for this problem. i really don't see the point in this awful lack of transparency unless they're actually trying to stir the pot. and i don't pay people to screw with me. we need someone from team bimbo to say something publicly. this is ridiculousIf you take the stuff in this post from Miss Bimbo in 2011 as the current stance (since it hasn't been updated and the trend seems to stick, I guess) we'll never get it. Which I think is a horrible mistake because they could easily make far more money and gather a wider player-base if they acted less like twats and committed to transparency, communication, and uhhh... not treating us (who to them can be potential customers) like ants?

It is very sad and conserns me that there is no actual communication from the team. It reminds me the bad days of Miss Bimbo. Old players might also remember, that suddenly A Black Bimbo appeared that hacked the site, sending cursing emails and so on. Team did nothing that time. The worst thing for us the players was that some months later the site just went down in one night without any warning. And of course after they had gained some montly subscriptions. It's exactly the same thing that I'm scared that might happen all over again!
As far as I know the owners are still the same. Correct me plz if I am wrong. So for me little has to do if we will receive awards too, though this the right way. To be fair to everyone. My biggest concern is that I see some repeated mistakes as then and that one day they would just get this site down without any further warning and information.

But if the team WANTED politics to become more prominent feature of the game, this is was the wrong way to do it because as everyone has SAID, the update disincentives users to actually care about candidate platforms.craigslist-stripper wrote:lmao they Swear they're doing something special and it's not a dress up game with a forum. i get that years ago they could've had issues with not figuring out how to make things work even though other sites were doing it back then too but it's 2020. there are very clear ways to make an online game profitable.it's honestly insulting that team bimbo does these things while refusing to make any sort of statement about it all. they do realize we are paying them, right? a craze is nice but it's by no means a fix for this problem. i really don't see the point in this awful lack of transparency unless they're actually trying to stir the pot. and i don't pay people to screw with me. we need someone from team bimbo to say something publicly. this is ridiculousIf you take the stuff in this post from Miss Bimbo in 2011 as the current stance (since it hasn't been updated and the trend seems to stick, I guess) we'll never get it. the way they speak to people and the things they expect are so bizarre to me. especially since they already had to shut everything down once you'd think they would learn from their mistakes. they have dedicated players, they just got an influx of new ones and for some crazy reason the community is amazing even though the site could be a breeding ground for *gamer voice* toxicity.
i get that the team is small and they're probably busy with their own day to day so constant communication may be out of the picture, but even just having a middle man that they can give bullet points to and then they can relay a full message to the users would change so much i feel like. there's nothing that makes you lose your audience like keeping them in the dark. especially(!) those that are paying you.
like, i said this earlier but most of us come on here to have fun and some escapism. i thought it was a cute little gimmick at first but they actually seem to want to push this republic thing when like....we also all have our own lives and i can assure them people will not live vicariously through a site called bimbo land. their little performance art is so off putting and not to even mention the unnecessary antagonizing of their players. (maybe it's better that they don't talk to people anymore since that was their tone.) like there's already a beautiful community on here that does so much for the site so just listen to them. ✧・゚:*✧・゚:*symbiosis*:✧*:・゚✧
edit: added some spaces in the block text, just cause i'm mentally ill doesn't mean i need to sound like it
