As future Prime Ximbo of Ximboland I aim to work together with all the people in our beautiful republic and strive for improvement to make everyone's experiences as pleasant as possible! What you can expect from me as PX:

What I want for Ximboland when I become PX:
-Give $25 from my PX earnings to each actively engaging SM to promote more active SMs, this is a personal decision and not an idea for a site feature (unless people want it to be)
-Give active Forum Guardians a monthly reward
-Bigger forum signatures so most images and text don't get cut off
-Improve images around the places you can visit in the city to make the site more lively (for example no more unfinished laboratory when getting a memory implant, and people in the club actually dancing)
-Darker/patterned background for items in the shop and closet to make lighter colored items more visible so people can better see what the item is
-Overview of forum threads you’re subscribed to rather than an overview where threads you haven’t participated in for a while slowly disappear from the page
-Overview to see forum threads that you personally have created
-Ability to ping people in the forums so they don't miss your response
-Separate section for clothes made for the divine/boombo plus size skin (similar to the separate section for clothes that fit the big boobs)
-Add filter to show/hide purchased items in the shops
-Higher rewards for current minigames and a wider variety of minigames to choose from
-Bring back the strike system where small offenses will receive warnings but add up to bigger punishments when they get repeated, and big offenses will face immediate punishments
-Improved tutorial on how to navigate around and play on Ximboland
-Getting the Wiki page up to date
-More diversity in starter skin tones upon account creation
-Wishlist closet to save future outfit plans to (only visible to the player)
-Improvements to inbox and messaging system
-Improved block system
Of course I will also work together with the current SMs, volunteers, and XL staff to talk about any improvements that can be made to the site overall! I have almost 6 years and ongoing experience in being a mod/admin for websites and strive to make my own website with friends as well, I want to use my experience to help Ximboland improve and make it the best place it can be!

My plan is to first talk with Chris about my ideas that require coding, since it's his site after all and he has to like the changes, and after he gives his approval for the things he likes I will talk about it with the site's coder to see what can be done and how soon we can expect it to be done

Some changes that are in domain of PB may happen quite fast. For instance, different type of voting for PBFC theme - if I start collecting themes at the beginning of the month then there will be enough time for multi-round voting until the end of the month. Another example 'Making game more engaging for citizens and senators' - such changes may take more time because they involve a lot of other players and it is normal to go gradually with it.
Changes related with updating rules - something like this could be quite intensive work for FP, MoJ and PB but it is possible to deal with it within a few days.
Change such better organized forum - gradual change, it will take time, it would require constant work for some time and later maintaining it as new material arises.
These are just a few different examples than can give some clues about timing.
Regarding changes that require Team President work - I can tell straightaway that no PB can be sure about the timing and whether or not these changes will take place during their term or at all. No matter what PBs want and promise they don't do a coding work, admins do it. For that reason I restrain from taking any credit for their work and promising anything, except that I will do my best to cooperate with them, give them suggestions from the perspective of a regular player, help them with stuff that are in my domain if they need such help, be reasonable with requests, patient and let them do their work in peace. Admins have to review suggestions, to approve them, work on them and test them before implementing them live on the site. How much time it may take, no PB can know. Beside that, devs know better than we do what is possible, how and when, and which changes are optimal.
Implementation plan - I have certain clues based on irl knowledge, but my coding knowledge is limited and related to different kind of stuff. Based on that I am quite positive that some changes could be made fast, but again, PB is not the one codes so implementation plan is mostly in admins discretion.
Example: Adding more slots could be my priority. But if TB find that improving SMs tools for instance is more optimal or more important atm, they can switch the priorities. It is just in their discretion.
Hope this makes sense and explain the issue. Thanks for the questions, it is really nice to see increased involvement and interests in BL matters :)

Not sure if this question was for Plush only, but I am going to reply anyway...
When it comes to site rules and forum rules, some of them overlap others don't. Sometimes it causes the confusion among the players about what is allowed what isn't. Highlighting specific points from Terms & Conditions is important imo, since it contains a lot of website rules actually which are often overlooked by the players.
If we take a look at all the rules together, we can see that some points matter only for the forum, other points are more universal and apply to personal profiles, comments, messages, etc., then there are another type of rules and conditions related to legal and other kinds of matters.
While the first two categories mostly serve to maintain the good order within the players, the third category mostly reflects the relationship between the single user and the game. The certain level of transparency is needed here. For example, players should be informed about refund policy. Each platform that offer some goods, physical or virtual that users can order, have a refund policy. It's a two way street, it protects both users and the website from various kind of issues.
Having clearly defined rules (I mean all of them) and roles is for mutual benefit. There are several types of relationships withing the BL community:
1. single player - website
1. single player - website
2. players among each other
3. PH members - other players
4. PH members - Team President
5. PH members within the PH : PB and their staff (MoJ, MoFA, FP) - SMs
6. TP - Players
....
When rules and roles are clear, everyone knows what are they allowed and what are they expected to do (or not to do).
I am not going to go farther into this because it would result in one very long post for which this thread is not the right place.
Regarding 'Let's be real' thread - I would rather focus at the forum as a whole than one single thread. Since it is part of the forum, forum rules applies to it as well. LBR is not an exception from other threads nor it needs any special treatment that other threads don't have.
