I need to say something and you might hate me for it but... I don't think Starbuck should be paid the whole amount earned in the last 4 months. Yes, she was a wonderful PB, she did a good job and I'm not denying that. I do, however, think that she should be paid only for the time she actively served as PB - and that's about 2 months, right? Think about it, would anyone in real life get paid for doing nothing? I don' think so. Of course, I'm not condemning Starbuck, she had her problems, did what she had to do, what was best for her and she definitely should be paid something. If the amount that was earned while she was an active PB is the amount the team suggested -  $147 - then I think you Sandi and Starbuck should accept that.
That's just my honest opinion. I'm not hating, do whatever you want, prove me wrong. I only think she should be paid for the work she did and not for the work she didn't do.

FWN, I typed similar message last night, deleted it and left it for today in order to think over it one more time. I hope that nobody will read this in sense like it's something against Starbuck. You are just being realistic.

PB gets 50% of treasury amount that was earned while her term. Starbuck's term had 590,30. The full sum that she would get in theory is 590,30/2=295,15$.
She was active for about two months and they decided to pay her half of the that sum, which is 295,15/2=147,575. That's the same amount that wasn't transfered to Sandi's treasury.

I have a hard time discussing this without even hearing from her, knowing if she got her sum, if she agrees that it's rightful or not. We are speaking here about the interest of the person who isn't present, without knowing her opinion on the matter. This is about the money earned in her term, senators are called to say something about it, while Starbuck is silent and she is still senator too. I doubt she would continue her subscription if feels robbed out. At the moment I would really like to hear from her and know if she got her sum and if she is ok with it. And I don't really resonate with canceling my subscription just yet as sign of support if she still pays subscription herself.

I was under the impression Team Bimbo refused to pay her the 147 $ they promised. I thought they said they would but then they like, transferred all of that into the new piggy bank and pretended like nothin' happened. I'm so confused now >_<

They transfered the difference in Sandi's treasury. That's what Sandi said on the 1st or 2nd page here. They didn't transfer 147 $ (or based on my calculation 147,6$), but we also don't know yet if they transfered that sum to Starbuck as they said. She is not online to confirm that. Also, if she needs to send invoice to BL in order to get her money, and if she hasn't done that yet, they can't transfer it.

It's even simpler than that - Starbuck has already said she doesn't care about being paid and team bimbo should use that money on a programmer to improve the game, or even donate the sum to a charity.  Neither of these options are items TB are even considering, which is the befuddling part.

If they are already giving money away, what makes the difference from their perspective where money goes - to Sandi, Starbuck, charity, programmers, ads, etc.?

From ours perspective, if we are going to cancel senatorships and stop buying top-ups as a sign of protest, who are we going to punish that way - the game, the owner, players, programmers and developers, Kimsim and Sachem,...?
What will happen to those who payed in advance for the whole year and the year hasn't expired yet? If I bought my senatorship in April, and payed 90$ for annual subscription, it means I used only about half of it. So if I cancel my subscription now does it mean that I won't be senator anymore, even I payed to have it till April next year? If yes, it would mean I threw away about 40$ in the wind. Whoever payed annual subscription probably won't be compensated the difference if they cancel it before it expires. I would really like to know more about what's the real deal here and what are the exact rules about our subscriptions, PB's payouts and treasury. There are people who payed annual subscription and I would like to know what is going to happen with their subscriptions and their money if they cancel it. It is not stated in T&C. Also T&C, F.A.Q. and Wiki state different things on the same matters.

27. Prime Bimbo
The Prime Bimbo is a person elected by community every 4 months. The Prime Bimbo will be required to work as Prime Bimbo of the Internet Republic of Bimboland. Payment will be supplied upon receipt of invoice. Failure to produce an invoice will result in the Prime Bimbo's salary being given to a charity of the Prime Bimbo's choice.
So, she needs to send invoice to be payed. Or if chooses the other option she has to choose charity. Did she do any of these two? If she didn't provide invoice or choose charity what is bimbo team supposed to do with that money unless to choose to spend it how they want? Does it mean that she also break T&C with not sending invoice or choosing charity? It's nice suggestion that money could be spent on programmers and game development but it actually isn't the given option in T&C regarding PB's percentage of the money because the other half of treasury is already dedicated to that. Without sending invoice or choose charity she gives open hands to the team to do with her money what they want. That being said, it's not against T&S. That's why it's hard to talk about this without knowing what she wants to do with the her sum and if she is ok with offered sum.
T&C No27. says Prime Bimbo is a person elected by community every 4 months. It is stated how one becomes PB. So she chose to run for that position willingly. She also willingly resigned which means she didn't work PB job during her term as PB and it's stated there 'The Prime Bimbo will be required to work as Prime Bimbo of the Internet Republic of Bimboland'. With resignation it means she didn't do what she was required to do, at least not the full term. Does it mean that she broke T&C with resigning or that she gave away her PB rights and privileges regarding bringing decisions on what should be done with money earned during her term?

I want to become Prime Ximbo. How do I do that?
Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 3 stage process from Senator>State Minister> Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

Where do important discussions take place?
The Town Square.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo citizens.
A percentage of the money paid by Ximbo citizens via Paypal and SMS is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is wisely used for further game development.
