Premier Protein, Quest, Atkins, Muscle Milk) use artificial sweeteners, which some people don't like the taste of. Personally, I like that Premier Protein comes in a variety of flavors. They do a lot of limited edition flavors (ex. Pumpkin spice in the fall & mint chocolate around the winter holidays). But I'll admit that I don't like all of their flavors.

Been visiting my husband's many relatives around the country these past days for the holidays.♥️
So many young adults , and they've been pouring dozens of spirits to me since I'm elder.

Can't say no to them nor refuse their drinks since it's tradition and it's my role as their elder sister in-law.

In regards to protein drinks and breakfast. From my experience, food processors help a lot.

Just put in any desired fruits or vegetables, etc, blend and add whatever liquids for breakfast or whenever.

Best part is making a coffee smoothies in whatever way and flavor I want.

Even mini popsicles using the ice tray and tooth picks.

Makes me feel like a witch making some bizarre concoction.
