To me, Christmas is all about family, friends and the memories we share with them - good, bad, funny and everything in between.
Of course also finding the perfect gift for each of my loved ones.
Ximboland in a way has become my second home and family. I think many can relate to this.

Welcome to my Untypical Advent calendar I made with you all in mind.
How it works:

my favorite winter activity is ice skating, i love the cute little outfits i wear and i love learning new tricks! I do like rollerblading more but ice skating is fun too <3

my fave winter activity is drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows under a pile of blankets, cosy movie on and lights off :D bonus points if it's snowing!!

My personal fav winter activity is definitely going sledding with all my family(cousins, brothers, nieces, nephews) we always have a blast and my boyfriend always brings some non-stick butter spray for cooking and he sprays it all over the bottom of our sleds and we slide down the hill crazy fast! I'd definitely recommend to bring some when you go sledding!!!<3

best winter activity? definitely a sleigh ride, preferably one in the mountains, in the dark, with torches. I had the opportunity to participate in such a event as a child. a fairy-tale experience.

Share: I don't know that I have one favorite winter activity. But I will tell you about an ice skating rink & related activities.. The last city I lived in had a few mini ice skating rinks they would set up in parks in the winter. There was also a larger one that was a roller skating rink in good weather & then would be converted to an ice rink for winter months. I went to this rink a few times with friends & even on a date. Outside the rink, they even had food vendors & some free games set up, like a bean bag toss & a large Connect Four game.
So, my story will be about this date....it was a guy I met online who was a graduate student. He planned the date at a candle-making company. We made each other candles. We were allowed to combine scents. I planned mine out, so they went together. I know one scent was coffee & I think another was chocolate. He just seemed to mix random scents together. Afterwards, I suggested we walk along the riverside to the ice skating rink. We didn't actually go skating, but we played Connect Four multiple times & I beat him every game.
