I don't know how twa with mad hatter is related with wonderland. I mean, just by title. But no one forces to make an outfit from Alice. Just make crazy outfit and wear a hat, you really don't need to read Alice for that.
And then yeah, I also think that small research doesn't kill anyone. I also had to do that before the Orient Express month. I had no idea there even was tv show, I knew only the book. 
Speaking about research. We don't need to have book/movie/tv shows-related theme to let situation happen that someone doesn't understand the theme. I think last month perfectly showed how many people don't know what MET Gala is. I strongly believe that majority just saw "Greek" and followed that, skipping the "gala" part. So, well, I even think Alice would be more recognizable than that xD
And to finish my blah-blah, just a quick reminder. It's an online game. Why to take everything so serious?

Not sure why the commotion is so big, heaven and hell is also a theme based on books (namely the bible) lmao
Wonderland is a concept that became super popular in pop culture, even random korean mmos reference it so I don't think it's a niche concept. And even if it was, a little google search for inspiration and knowledge shouldn't be a chore to do, after all that should be a part of the challenge in my opinion.
Like Namastis said, met gala and the orient express are way more niche and less known and those themes went by just fine, I did my research and had fun while making the outfits about something I wasn't familiar with before.

i feel like mine and tr/ggots posts were misunderstood and blown out of proportion? we were just trying to explain why the theme breaks that one rule, were not saying redo the poll just like idk, acknowledge that and not allow that in the future? it doesn't make sense to have rules like that if certain themes can break them and still be included. we're not saying that we hate the themes or something therefore nobody else can enjoy them.

and regarding the Jane austen theme, i actually had a bit of an issue with that one as well, i don't even know who Jane austen is. i only brought up the wonderland themes bc there were 2 that were related. the other themes that were mentioned were all pop culture things, not movies or books or tv shows which is what that rule was meant to apply to in the first place. if the rules are old and were not gonna follow them anymore then it would make sense to rewrite them i think

anyway in no way am i arguing and I'm not trying to say people should feel bad if they like the theme or they voted for it, I'm not invalidating anyone, literally just trying to explain how that theme breaks a rule. it's not that big of a deal really, not everything has to be a big fight

idk if you were referring to my post as well but I did say that I was just putting my 2 cents in for future polls, i.e. a suggestion, it's really not a big deal and I don't think it's fair to misconstrue people's confusion about rules/rule-breaking and suggestions for the future as needless complaining.

Am just gonna make some general suggestions for the PBFC as to not just complain but to try to bring some solutions too.
With the polling i think people should definitely be able to see how many votes are already cast for certain themes. And I think 25 themes is a bit much, i think it would be better if it was 25 themes for the first round and then like 7 of the most voted ones go to the next round and the 3 most voted ones (of those 25) also get a bit of an edge on the other ones like: the one with the most votes already gets a head start with 6 votes the second most voted one starts with 4 votes and the third one with 2 votes. And the voting would technically start all over aka everyone gets one vote again. 
Or maybe the first round could already be in the theme suggestion topic, where people like posts and the most liked 7 posts are picked, but i dont know if many people actually participate in just the forum thread.

And with the PBFC voting i feel like the voting page should be more for discovering new amazing outfits or voting for those outfits you already saw on bimbos and want to find and definitely vote for. I feel like i saw so many beautiful outfits before the voting but when it came to voting i didnt see any of them there. And had to give my vote to those who i thought didnt necessarily deserve it more than those cool ones.

Maybe the voting should be so everyone gets a certain amount of votes, like it is now, 3 per page but you can already see all the pages of bimbos and himbos. Lets say there is 12 pages of PBFC outfits and u used to get 3 votes per page, that would be 12x3=36. So every person gets 36 votes in total to give away BUT they arnt limited to the page. So if u think the bimbos and himbos on page one dont deserve any of your votes you just go onto the next page. And maybe on that next page every single person deserves it. I feel like with this system we would have more control over our precious votes :) 

But then again maybe these changes would be hard to implement so im just throwing them out there :P. Also i hope any of this made sense haha!!!

I love this idea. I, myself was looking for some outfits when looking at the PBFC outfits that I have seen previously, but nowhere to be found and this idea is an amazing solution. I personally think that it would be great to have this new system put in place if possible and without harm. It can however be overwhelming, but then again PBFC is one of the biggest event every month and I think that it is worth it.

All Ximbo citizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo they must first become a Ximbo senator. All Ximbo senators are electable as state ministers. State Minister elections take place every 4 months also. Only state ministers are eligible to then become the Prime Ximbo.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 3 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Internet republic of Ximbolands holds elections every 4 months for Prime Ximbo and 4 months for State Minister.

Where do important discussions take place?
The Forum.

What is the treasury/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of the Internet republic of Ximbo land. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 4 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo citizens.
A percentage of the money paid by Ximbo citizens via Paypal and SMS is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is wisely used for further game development.
