The best, in my opinion, is starting to vote by the last page. Although of course everybody vote for their friends/F. buddies if they see them involved in a fight. Like in real life.

I think there is more than enough traffic that 3 days is enough and what does it matter if the bulk log on or not...but whatever...pick a number. If someone is logging in 2 times a week they have a nominal effect on votes now...and they would remain having a nominal effect. Nothing really changes in that regard.

Can I ask how do you guys place ur votes? Does anyone actually read the opinions about the topics? I also start voting from the last page, saw someone else also suggested it quite a while ago and also didn't really understand how it worked so I didn't create debates lol! I have a few favourites that I always vote for and I like reading what people think of the topics and then vote for them when they are interesting. However I don't enjoy voting for bimbos with the "boring bimbo" thing. But now I realise not everyone knows where to go to write these things (saw in earlier comment) now I kinda feel bad. Anyway also think it should expire maybe, think debates needs to be an on moving section. Xoxo

conclusion: 20 votes would bring us no solution.

even 9 would be too much, because there are bimbos, who don't open their three fights all days, but who are voting.

the bimbo.land has to find a new better balanced rule and it would be too easy to take another number in between 5 and 9.
with their takeaway of the old rep and B$ system they destroyed as well the old simple but working maximum "5 votes per day"-rule in debating/fighting.

Yeah I guess 20 is too much lol. It was just a random number I came up with. Not a properly thought out idea.

But yeah the main point of my post was to bash the new rep system. I despise it. It's detrimental to the game.

Perhaps we can do a couple of other less drastic remedies? Only bimbos with opinions should be allowed to fight (but the instruction on how to record one's opinion should be made clear in the fight format). Perhaps, if two bimbos vote for the same bimbo, the fight can be declared finished (not waiting for the third vote). And, perhaps, the points and $bimbo can be awarded only for the first 5 votes, but permit more votes to be registered that go unrewarded by points and $bimbo. I think these changes might reduce the number of active fights to a manageable number. I'll leave the maths and such to Vivi and Sandi, who seem very adept at these things. Me? Not so much.

These are both really good ideas.

If I remember right you used to get 3 votes (which led to a huge backlog of debates that could never be cleared). People complained and it changed to 9, which worked. Now it's 5 and we're back to having a backlog again.

i reported the problem. here is my message i wrote to the bimbo.land team:
"Hello bimbo.land team,

here i am again :)

26 pages of open fights now.

the discussion about it started half a year ago.

with your change of rules (no rep points and no B$ for posts any more) the fighting/debating board came on the focus (rep points and B$ for taking part and voting). but as all active bimbos open fights as hell, the logic of your maths show the failure. 5 votes is not enough to resolve the fights. (somewhere in the topic i send a post with a simple explanation why.)

so there are two simple options to reduce the number of fights:

1) finish them (as well as it would be real unfair for a big no. of bimbos - and if it would be me, i would open a claim about it. but perhaps it would be a good option for future fights: when there are no or not enough votes on a fight after a certain period, the debate ends unresolved.)

2) give more votes to us (perhaps only temporarily to solve the problem. but in this case take a look at your maths and try to change the rules in an uncomplicated way, so that fights makes fun, without frustrating plugs like right now. what's more frustrating: i only can give my votes to my friends, because they got too valuable to give them to other bimbos. i see that many bimbos are acting on the same way. unfortunately fighting is loosing its sense when there's no real fight. and with this mass of open debates i can't follow the funny and interesting statements any more, it takes too much time. not satisfying at all, particularly when i see that bimbos are really showing, that they're not boring at all.)

3) don't forget that this problem came to surface with changing the rules to the like / dislike system, which is not satisfying at its beta phase right now. (beta? i give it some credit, but it's unworthy for bimbo.land. so many bimbos feel punished without reason by getting dislikes. shrug your shoulders? no. some people are more sensitive like others. where the fuck is a solution for the intransparency problem?)

it seems to me, that we, the bimbo nation, is a real active society, but that you, the bimbo.land-team, is looking away.

it's you who wanted to make bimbo.land better.

how? tell us: how do you want to trade with your start to change things without ideas to make it really better than it was?

We are currently working at the new fighting system (works started two weeks ago). A lot of things will be changed.
