Hey, I'm still catching up a little since I was offline when this started, so please if I miss something here, just let me know.

I agree with cowboy, Bimbo police name should be changed. It's very inappropriate title. Also voting level limit for PB and SM elections should be raised.I prefer "Delete your account" over "Emigrate from Bimboland". This is because majority of players do not speak English as their first language. So far every newbie who wanted to delete their alternative accounts, had to ask me how to do it. 
Contract is a good thing, it would allow PB to have more power but also more responsibility, without a contract the permaban button doesn't sound very good idea. Chris, I think we already talked about this. We can already imagine someone irrational future PB arbitrarily banning people they don't like. We need to see further than this moment.

Right now I can jail for one month or ban until the end of my term. I don't have permaban tool nor a contract, and I depend alot on TB, who unfortunately don't log in too regularly. It makes my job harder, definitely. Also, we struggle with certain bugs for long period of times, like most recently, people weren't able to log in via facebook. Also there is still a bug for purchasing senatorship/diamonds via paypal. Of course, PB will never be able to fix site bugs like that, but it would help alot if there was more staff or the staff was more active. But things like that are Chris's decisions.
Anyway, one thing Chris said earlier in this (or hello Bimboland thread) is right. You shouldn't keep saying "don't spend money on the Bimboland". The money isn't away from him, he's been open about how the money is spent. Most importantly the money is lost from Team Bimbo and we desperately need them to work here.

But Chris, we're not undermining Toki. On contrary, we all thank her deeply for all that she did for us in only a few months. However, this is not what she asked for. Neither was what I asked for, being the one who was targeted for that person. We already knew that Toki care and no one doubts her even a little, which is why she isn't mentioned on the thread. I do want to believe in you and in TB again, but you're not listening either to the problems that Toki pointed neither what all the users demand. So, my question remains. If other people get banned by Team Bimbo, why this particular person can't? There is some reason why she deserved a different treatment than the previous repeated offenders?

Ok the first thing we need to discuss is 'should we be chatting in public at all like this?' Or should we be discussing these things in private via email as we have been doing till now? 

a) Bimbo police. I dont find a police force inappropriate at all. We have a community and they need to be policed. But I am open to your ideas? Just please dont denigrate the community by using the term 'forum'. Actually this used to be called 'the Senate' at the start. We are a Bimbo nation and not just another boring website forum. Thats so dull.  What else except police? Perhaps this is one for a public vote as we discussed. 

b) Same with emigrate. I created the Fashionable republic of Bimboland. There is an element of roleplay here that we simply can not get away from and that defines us. When we sign up - we have to immigrate so it makes perfect sense to emigrate when we leave. 

c) perma ban - you will have soon  but once again I am disappointed you dont trust your fellow future PBs. We must trust each other or we will get nowhere. I trust the bimbos will vote for the most reasonable and worthy PB whom can handle power and will respect our great Bimbo nation. We must trust our democracy.

Just to correct me and let that clear: Toki didn't ask for the Permaban. She wishes that Team Bimbo was responsible for that like it was in the past when stuff like that happens. She doesn't want the permaban because - as she stated a lot before - we don't know who will be the next prime bimbo, and this kind of tool must be used very wisely and could be several abused by someone who's not that mindful. What she agreed and is with the permaban of that person, which is quite different.

And I think that the best way to solve this is to listen to her because she's the leader and we all agreed with her. What I want is to know that Team Bimbo cares about me - not only as a voluntary - but as a user who got threatened and was being targeted by rumors. And I expect that the regular staff - which means, the owner and the hired staff - deal with that.

There is something very wrong with what you are saying here. Either we trust the Bimbo community or we dont. I choose trust. 
The core of this site is my trust in you and my trust in Bimbo democracy ie by allowing you guys to vote in someone to run the community and have my ear and become development partners. And get paid for it. I am trusting you guys to vote in the correct person. Because then I trust that person with the power to create a good or bad atmosphere. And essentially help us grow or decline.  And so you must also trust bimbo democracy. You cant live in fear of what 'may' happen. 
We have to trust future PBs
One idea the PB and I had was for me to appoint a paid 'Lord justice Bimbo' whom can grant clemency to bimbos at the end of the PBs term should they feel they deserve it. But even then we must trust that Lord justice Bimbo. 
What it comes down to is trust at the end of the day. I trust you so please trust each other - we are all working to make Bimboland the most fashionable nation on earth after all

Well, those things that I just said in my post are known by players, because they are the ones who report the bugs and they can also see when bugs last long. They can also see that some accounts are easily banned while other accounts are not. We can continue via e-mail too.
I will discuss with Pink House staff about more suitable name for Bimbo police. I'm sorry, but the name isn't fun in anyway and that title was changed in the most inappropriate time possible. 

I assume you are talking about ex PB HLB?
I am not getting into personal politics other than to say I trust the PB  and all future PBs and the Bimbo community completely. The PB will have the perma ban and all future PBs will sign a contract laying out their role and making it very clear what powers they have. We all must trust the PB. And in turn the PB must take full responsibility.
