You do know that the PB can't permaban any user, right? She can only ban users until her term is over. And don't get me wrong (even tho I know you will), no PB should have the permaban tool, because this should be done by the Team Bimbo. Can you take some responsability too and stop making everything about Toki? She's already doing too much for your site.
