I was thinking about it recently and I was think about climate change. I was wonder what people think about climate change. Is it real, is it as bad as the climate change people say. What is everyone's thought on the situation?

Well Supa, I totally agree with the it is real thing. I have read quite a lot about it in both camps, and have to say the people that say it isn't real and that we can just carry on regardless do not offer enough firm evidence to back up their statements.
I feel that the most irresponsible thing we do today is carry on doing the same thing day in and day out. Money drives the world and greed of mass corporations and the fossil fuel industry's is the major cause of the problems IMO. The individual that consumes the product without a second thought of the consequence is also a major problem, people are too quick to think that as a single person they can not make a difference. Well they are wrong they can make a difference, they are just one part of a machine. They can make changes and help those other parts of the machine to achieve a greater goal.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
Look at renewable energy and make the switch.

I just find it hard to make a choice when both sides have their arguments and I don't know who to believe I guess I just need to believe what I believe and not care what others think I guess.

Like Janeze already said. Read the arguments from both sides. And then look around you, who is closer to the situation on the planet? The ones that don't believe or the ones that do think climate change is real.
One thing is for sure, ever since we industrialized around the 1850s our population exploded worldwide. Toxic emissions into the atmosphere increased by a thousand fold. And after that our industry only increased. On top of that everyone started driving a car, more airplanes in the sky, more ships on the seas. And we are cutting down forests faster than they grow. I was born in 1973 and when I look at satellite pictures from the Amazone from that time and compare them to now, my heart breaks. About 80% of the Amazone is cut down or burned down.
All this means more CO2 in the air and less production of oxygen. So we humans are helping climate change along. I don't know if nature is also changing the climate. But there is no doubt for me that we are having a huge impact on it.
And is the climate changing? In 2018 we had the hottest summer ever, from April until September we had sun and 35°C every day, so 6 months of heat. In a country that normally is wet and cold. We never had really hot summers, but now we do. 3 years ago it was even 20°C on Christmas day. And we seldom have snow in winter anymore. So yeah in my experience we are heating up.
I don't think you have to believe in climate change. You don't have to believe in something that is real. No one asks you to believe in a mountain. Because it's real, you can see it. Climate change is real, you can see it. But I wouldn't just believe the media about it. Neither side.

I am a 'zero sum' polluter of the environment. I am very careful about my waste product's. However
The catchy Phrase of Reduce, Recycle and Reuse, is good in theory, NOT actually practiced, in a 'consumerism driven' society.
Commercials on the TV, print, and internet, tell you what to buy.
The mass majority of that product; from factory to your hands: is garbage.
The CO2 emission's from a tiny bottle of eye-liner is MASSIVE. Lip gloss, Nail polish.
You name the Item and I have seen how it is packaged for transport while cleaning up a crash-site.....
When a crash happens we use bulldozer's to clear the roadway's, of all the 'garbage' people use everyday.
I have personally moved in the last 3 year's more material than it would take to build the great pyramid in Egypt, to the garbage dump. All just trash, before it even reached a store for you to buy. Product's that could be salvaged, is 'written OFF' by insurance companies. I was curious one day while standing around at a crash-site really doing nothing but directing traffic. I opened a box that was sitting on the side of the road.... Inside I found makeup. One single case of eye-shadow wrapped in bubble-wrap inside a cardboard box. Totally undamaged in the wreak of the truck transporting it to a store.
Guess were it went?. Directly to the local garbage dump.
So much of the global waste problem is self induced by 'consumerism'.
The same people screaming about global warming are actually the same people contributing to massive piles of waste.
As a gardener I compost even my food waste......
Does anyone else do that with what they buy eating at a 'fast-food restaurant'?

The waste I create by cooking a single meal at home, is some soap and water.
This load, didn't make it to your favorite restaurant.

I mean we could try to save the environment but too many people don't care and still pollute. Like I am not saying not help save the environment but how can you get people to help save the environment if they don't care or don't believe?
People can't save the environment. only governments and the industry can do that.
