Do you think women are capable to play sports better than men
I've had this conversation with another girl, one who played soccer. We pretty much agreed no, they will never to be match a man. (This question is kind of worded ambiguously).
It's not that they are skilled enough but a woman's body is built differently than a man. Basketball for example, a woman will never be able to sky like a man because it's just they way they are built.
Personally I'd like to see a competitive sport that takes advantage of a woman's body instead of women trying to play a game that men play.

I think it really depends on the sport, to my knowledge women tend to be more flexible than men so by that logic they could be better at gymnastics, cheer-leading, and any sport that requires some degree of flexibility. I'm speaking in general though, because it's hard to compare every woman to every man out there :P I'm sure there's some women who are better at sports in general than some men and vise-versa.
It's not possible to make a definite decision, because everybody is good at different things. One woman may be an outstanding rugby player and a man might be a flawless gymnast. Just because men are commonly stronger than women doesn't mean that the strongest man out there will train to be a weightlifter or the most agile woman will train to be a figure skater. Every sport and the people who play it are subjective, I've always stuck to the saying that no matter how good you get there is always someone out there better than you, because in theory there is, be it a man a woman or even a freaking horse! (I've seen some horses do some crazy sh*t). In my eyes there are no male or female sports unless it is a sport that relies on you having a penis or a vagina.

Isn't the question a bit biased? I'm all for gender equality and I think that women can pretty much do everything men do (instead of peeing whilst standing). If the question read: 'Do you think women are just as good as men at playing sport' I would have said 'Hell yes!'.

As for the question? The answer is yes. There's always going to be someone better at doing what you're doing, male or female. Female weightlifters who can out lift male weightlifters, male figure skaters that can dance circles around female competition. Again, we're a pretty genetically diverse species, expecting sexual dimorphism to follow set rules is unfair to our complexity as a group.
Sometimes realizing there is no benefit to arguing is enough to eliminate the temptation to argue.

Man, woman... doesn't matter. If you want it... work for it! Some women are superior athletes some men are superior cooks or fashion designers or whatever gender stereo type you want to use. Sports, atheletics, whatever the name... practice and conditioning and then more practice and conditioning... we can excel at anything we put our minds and energy into ;)

There are so many other factors that contribute to making someone a good athlete, that it kind of makes the male/female argument seem dumb. Unless you're talking about how children are socialised into their gender roles, and how boys are encouraged to be more competitive and practice more physical activities than girls - traits which lend themselves to sports quite well, I guess.
