I love that we get new categories, especially as I'm looking forward to putting together a Gothic look, but we need more outfit slots. Two is not enough!

I agree that 2 outfit slots is not enough. It would be much more fair if new players would get 4 slots like it was a year ago.

Interesting answer, though I have been given different information, and my own research into the man behind this site has shown there are other things at play as well.
Do you know that we have to pay a lot of money for servers (test and live) every single month but the game is FREE to play??
To the best of my knowledge, Chris owns the servers that Bimbolands is on, so it really doesn't cost that much money for him to keep Bimbolands up, when he has much more lucrative things that are also on the servers. It's why he hasn't just pulled the plug on this game for not making him any money, and why he never pulled the plug on any of the other games that just sat around collecting dust on his servers(My Mynx, and several others that I don't recall the names of).
Do you know that we have to pay even more to programmers if we want new features and bug fixes but the game is FREE to play??

Of course, and there are plenty of other free games that do this without a problem or complaint. You have to spend money to make money, that's the risk an entrepreneur takes when starting a potential business, they have to make it look presentable and entice people to spend money. The game isn't doing that now, it's barely functional and the lack of options for saving outfits more often frustrates players and drives them away. They would be more likely to spend if they felt like they were getting their money's worth.

Answer is the same as above. Spend money to make money. Though I'm a bit biased, because I'm currently helping by adding recolors, and I consider my "fee" to be incredibly reasonable :P

The money that you pay out in ad's should be returned to you by allowing advertisers onto the site. I have an adblocker installed so I can't actually tell if there are any ad's on the site, maybe someone else can confirm?

This, I suspected but did not know. A big round of applause for you and the team, because this truly is a labor of love. And if it is a successful labor, chances are Chris will attempt to sweep in and steal all the credit.

I'm very skeptical of this, considering the owner owes several people money and they have nothing to show for it. As well as the PB's who sent their paychecks off to a charity, they have no proof that it ever actually GOT there.

Oh, and I should also add, please don't take my response as inflammatory or offensive in any way, guys. I truly appreciate all of the hard work everyone puts into the site, I am merely stating my own opinions and collected info/knowledge, in case some don't know. Yes this game has ads, I see them all the time. I also wondered at those one sided answers kimsim provides. Personally I think they are really lame excuses. They do get money from advertising. I am currently seeing an add for World of Warships

Users are using AdBlock and every month we have a few dozens of $ from ads. It's hard to find a programmer for a month with such earning :).
But if everyone wants to code in our team or know someone who wants to start work placement, we will be more than happy to hire her/him.
