All states are invited to participate in this competition, or should I say protest? We are all in need to speak our minds, to let everyone knows what is right and what is not. What is your cause? Is the enviorement? Scream for a better care of our planet, speak for the trees, for the animals, be their voice. Is the LGBT community rights? Let's go! Express who you are and wear your pride. Is the gun control? The global warming? The politics of Bimboland? It doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that we are in charge of our voices and we'll speak, scream if needed, but we will be heard... or our words read.

This is going to be, with your help, a big march, a big protest. BIMBOLAND UNITE!

This contest will start at February 15th and last for one week, ending on February 22th 23:59 Bimboland's time.

Theme specifics:
So, we all have something that we need to be heard, we need to be changed. Doesn't matter what is it, what does matter is how passionate about our cause we are. How strong is our voice, or should I say, our words? For this contest you'll have to create a look that reflects your cause, that reflects what and why you are protesting for. In addition, you'll have to edit a protest poster / protest sign (whatever you call it). You can edit it in Photoshop. MS Paint, PowerPoint, Gimp or whatever you like. The mockups for your signs will be posted here soon. A text of why is important to join your fight would be great too.

How can I enter?
To post your entry make sure it is your current outfit and click the clothing hanger in the comment section. The poster should be posted separately from the look (but in the same post here on the thread). Which means that you'll have to upload the pic of your poster on a external site and copy paste them in the forum or use the link for posting pics. I can reccomend Imgur for this, but any website for that purpose will do. ♥

How will you judge?
I will not put my believes in front of anything. BUT any entry that disrespects our regulations will be deleted. Please, let's keep this community as amazing as it already is! I will judge by the outfit composition, the design of your protest poster* and by your text explaining why/what you are fighting for.

The prizes:
1st place: 2,000 B$ and 100 diamonds + 1 Lottery Ticket
2nd place: 1,500 B$ and 100 diamonds + 1 Lottery Ticket
3rd place: 1,000 B$ and 100 diamonds + 1 Lottery Ticket
4th place: 1,000 B$ and 50 diamonds + 1 Lottery Ticket
5th place: 500 B$ and 50 diamonds + 1 Lottery Ticket

In addition to the this prizes, those who place in the top five will also receive a winner banner, made with love by me and will have your poster signs in the shop as well. ♥
Oh, and everyone who participates in this contest will receive a participant banner with your own designed protest poster in it too!

Important:
I'm going to create some protest posters, flags and new BG to match this contest. Keep one eye on the Shop Workers Thread. My items will not be mandatory for the contest, I just know that some people have already requested some flags and other support materials from the LGBT community.

This is my first contest and I really do hope that you all participate in it. BIMBOLAND UNITE! ♥

*Just to clarify, I don't expect that you deliver something crazy to me. I'm a graphic designer, but I will not judge y'all like one. It's a protest poster afterall, these things are made of cardboard, but with a lot of creativity and courage. That is important.

Hello everyone! This fashion contest / protest is now open! ♥
Prepare your pens, ink and creativity, because it's time to create some posters!

Here you can find my poster mockups (there is 2 options, both for Himbos and Bimbos)

Cardboard Version for Bimbos

Carboard Version for Himbos

Protest Sign for Bimbos

Protest Sign for Himbos

An example of how y'all will submit your entries:
1Anna Morphosis  2

3 I'm fighting for....

I don't need the numbers, that is just to clarify that I'll need 3 things to judge:
1 Your outfit, from the hanger button. Must have some connection to your protest choice;
2 Your own designed protest sign;
3 Why you are fighting this / why is this important;

I just sent two new BGs, some protest signs and flags to the shop workers, so you can use them in your outfits too! We just have to wait a little to get them in the shop.

Anyways, I guess that's it? Let's make some noise!

Ive been waiting forever for this contest to open, let's fight!
Here's my outfit, and my customised cardboard sign!
Bimkko
So many great causes to defend, I had to pick one, and that was the hardest choice in my life (was this close to just sayin 'screw that im fighting for and against every single thing)
Today, I'm fighting for trans rights, our rights to exist, to live a fulfilled life. I'm fighting against an institution that still holds us down and doesn't protect us. In so called "modern" western societies, trans people are still looked down upon, discriminated against, harassed, if not straight up physically attacked.
About 30% of trans people have had to go through assault, and given how little will speak up about the abuse they're given, because of society's constant mocking of them and their struggles, we can assess that many more silently live an awful daily life. That is not even to mention harassment, which most of us have had to go through. Our sole existence gets perpetually questioned. Our portrayal in the media doesn't help with the public's view of us, as harmful stereotypes are so commonplace (predators, abusive, deceptive, malevolent... the "man in a dress" cliché is a whole trope in cinema).
In a society that doesn't protect us from harm, and even sometimes implicitly reinforces the violence towards us, we have nothing else left but to stand up for ourselves, and if the rules aren't good enough, then screw the rules, we'll riot.

(can't wait to see all the fierce fighters, and to read bout all y'all's causes. let's all look cute and destroy the government)

I am sorry the sign is so small but I had trouble uploading it. It says: "END SLUT SHAMING AND VICTIM BLAMING"

As a survivor of sexual and physical abuse, I hold this cause close to my heart.

I'm fighting for the right of self-expression and doing whats right for you, not anyone else! You should make yourself feel comfortable, not your family, your friends, your peers, society, whatever! You do you!

I spent a bit longer on this than I’d like to admit haha
The sign is about making sure your voice gets heard. Put on a mask if you have to but stand up and make sure you fight for what you believe in. In a time when you’re expected to conform be the one to demand change.

There are so many causes to fight for but I choose this because as a bisexual woman myself, I have felt the discrimination from strangers and family members so fighting for the LGBT community is important to me!
