I really messed up yall.. I was so busy playing this game that I lost track of time.... WHILE I HAD BLEACH IN MY HAIR... I was just doing the tips so its the bottom 4 or 5 inches of my hair. Its falling out so bad that I didnt even finish brushing it. I just put a deep conditioning mask on it and wrapped it up. Im still freaking out. This sucks so bad omg... Does anyone know any hair magic to save the length of my hair? Its about 29-30 inches long and Ive worked so friggin hard to get this far.

First and foremost...my god what did your hair do to you? Don't bleach it! Peroxide bad. Go to a good cosmetologist and get recommendations. Your lifter may still contain bleach when it is all said and done but it won't be bleach bleach. There is no one answer off the shelf answer for every head of hair...bleach aside...but yuck.
As for repair...olive oil
-get a hair mask...i recommend coconut oil masks...only use pure organic. you need to apply this for a few hours a day for a week. Alternatively...if you cant find anything...use any coconut oil (4Tspn) + 1/2 a banana + 1/4 cup light beer...i know...sounds crazy....it works
-no brushing for about a week, maybe 2
-Avoid shampooing for a week and then use a light shampoo for a couple...like use a cleansing conditioner....I would use straight water rinses only for a week
-leave the deep conditioner in...if it doesn't look oily then let it air dry as you go out...otherwise wear it over night and use a showercap to not wreck pillows
follow the above...daily. Each week cut one day out of the routine
-no heat...like blow-dryer/crimping/flat iron for 3 weeks
-Cleansing conditioner then conditioner then deep conditioner. At home for the night...olive oil...obviously you want to wash that out before you go out

Thanks for all the good advice. I ended up getting it cut. The ends of my hair literally looked liked spaghetti. Luckily I didnt do my whole head. Im still in shock to be honest. Ive been doing my own color for at least 17 years and have never experienced anything like this fr fr. My sister is a cosmotologist and when she was in college they used me as a guinea pig all the time. Thats the only other time Ive had a bad experience with bleach... Well after yesterday, Ive learned my lesson.
