you will get to vote for mofj in good time.
as for alts - if you voted for an alt or didn’t stand to stop an alt getting into power then that ls your fault and that’s what you get

that's not a democracy though lol. by definition. is this an internet democracy? ximbos want to vote for moj, otherwise its very autocratic in its role, especially when special elections don't exist and ministers can't be voted out. and while the...

And Melpomene, I add that votes on issues like violent and sexual content, etc, ought to be held to all users, at least all non-alt senators.

The people. If they see a law is unjust, they will inevitably make noise about it, don't you think? It is then the MoJ's/PB's job to to start the official, open and clear process of changing it - but they alone should not have the power to make final decisions without consulting anyone. I see no problem with them holding that responsibility, as long as the process of adjusting laws is itself functional and clear, and preferably democratic.

The people ? It’s too vague and impractical.
Your ides needs  more thought and depth to how it would actually work.
Whichever way you look at it then one individual needs the power to get things done and set the sub laws of ximboland . Whether that be me, you or Katie or Elon musk or mark zickerburg . Yes we can put the vote to the people but someone needs to be in tune with ximboland and society and decide what needs changing or addressing or altering if anything

Ans even if we go with the ‘people’ you have just said that the minister of justice needs to have responsibility and decide the will of the people anyway .  So we have arrived at the same idea anyway

I disagree deeply. It is not the same at all. I find it truly unfortunate this entire discussion thread has ultimately resulted in no changes to the current system at all. Hopefully some day in the future you will have at least the courage to consider practical solutions to the problems we have.

But good night for now! I shall remove myself from this conversation as it does not seem to be proceeding anymore

We basically have only these options

1) I am autocratic leader indefinitely (same as Facebook and Twitter)
2) we install someone else to be autocratic leader indefinitely
3) we try and find a system of short term autocratic leaders voted in by you (never done before )

Freedom of speech and compelled speech are completely different things. You can't really claim to have freedom of speech if your rules force people to speak in a certain way. Having both creates a conflict and shows a lack of respect for the issue. I'm curious if the pronoun stuff is making a comeback in Ximboland. Nobody should be singled out or harassed for not going along with the woke ideology in Ximboland. I'd really like to hear your thoughts Mr. Nuts, on whether Ximboland is a place where someone reasonable like me can express myself without my account getting jailed for the most trivial reasons. Is this kind of targeted behavior against a minority going to be the norm in Ximboland? Constantly changing rules is unhelpful, especially for those who can’t tell the difference between free speech and speech that incites violence. Is it always going to be the woke versus the non-woke? It seems like they want to silence anyone who questions their narrative, and that’s not democracy, it’s fascism. I prefer clear and straightforward rules to follow, and I don't want to get penalized just for speaking the truth, just because it makes others uncomfortable.
Answer my questions Mr. Nuts! Please and thank you.
