The Hufflepuffness was referring to the shared win and the lack of grudge towards Harry when Cedric was killed, his ghost was so calm and understanding despite having been killed seconds before. (He was also liked by pretty much everyone, and that is a very Hufflepuff quality I think.) I just googled this, and apparently, your values are more important than your actual (current) qualities when sorted into a house.

I did the test you linked to, and no wonder I've always ended up Ravenclaw with every test I've taken: According to this I am 91% Ravenclaw! :D
Followed by 48% Slytherin, 46% Gryffindor and 24% Hufflepuff. Which means that most of the answers, if not all, have the potential to sort you into two or three different houses, it all depends on how you answer the rest of the questions.

I see your point regarding Cedric. :)

Aww, a true Ravenclaw! :D
I'm usually 70-80% Ravenclaw and Slytherin on these tests, then a lower percentage Hufflepuff and last would be Gryffindor.

I stick to Slytherin because I also love the colors, not just the values the house supports. ^_^
Even my bf gave me an engagement ring with an emerald so.. this color tends to follow me around, haha.

Which book is your favorite from the series and why?

I prefer Slytherin colors too, green and black is a great look. :) Emeralds are beautiful! Much more so than diamonds, in my opinion, I've always liked colored gemstones better.

My favorite book from the series is the very first book, The Philosopher's Stone, because that is what started the whole thing and introduced the wizarding world, and I loved that so much! :D Which one is your favorite?

I prefer colorful gemstones, too ^_^

The first 3 books are my favorite, but I think the 2nd is my ultimate favorite. It's the one I've first read and I read it about 3 times before I bought the first book.
I like the story about Nearly Headless Nick's birthday, it's one of my favorite chapters. ^_^

I read the books, but I think I only watched the first 4 movies. The first books are my favorite too :) Maybe because I was pretty young when I read them, I find them more magical :)

And I'm undeniably a Hufflepuff

@Alexis92 I haven't watched all the movies, either. I've watched the first four and half of the 5th. I've seen a few scenes from the others because I was interested in how they were portrayed, but the way they were filmed was too dark and took all the joy out of the story for me. I get that those were darker times, but they took it too far.

Hufflepuffs are awesome, sweet and caring; it's a really cool house!

I've watched all the movies multiple times, I love them almost as much as the books. :)
I liked the darkness of the second half of the movies, I felt they kept true to the books and that they skipped the things and stories that could be skipped, and at the same time explained some of the more diffuse parts of the books in a very clever way so that it was easily understandable for those that hadn't first read the story. One thing I really loved about the movies was that they removed the poltergeist Peeves, who I found super annoying all through the story and who, for me at least, sometimes ruined the mood of the books. Of course, without that element of sillyness, the story got even darker, but as I said I liked that.

Haha, liking the fact that Peeves was removed from the movies is a very unpopular opinion lol
Personally, it did not bother me in the books and I did not miss him in the movies either.

What I disliked was that they skipped Sir Nicholas's Death Day Party in CoS, which created sort of a plot hole.
Also, why did they leave out the "potions test" that Harry and Hermione had to pass before Harry reached the room with the Mirror of Erised in PS/SS?

It is? I genuinely hate that poltergeist... The only positive thing about him, in my opinion, was that he did help Fred and George when they left Hogwarts, in giving Umbridge hell that is.

I agree that skipping the potion task on the way to the philosopher's stone was disappointing, but I do understand that they had to skip parts to avoid the movies getting too long. It's impossible to make everyone happy when transitioning from book to movie, but all in all, I think they did a great job with all the Harry Potter movies. (But I'll always prefer the books, of course.:)

I completely agree that Peeves's best part was helping the twins escape; the scene was very well written.

And I know they had to cut stuff out but the potions scene would have added maybe 2-3 minutes to the movie, at most?
I'll trust you when you say that they did the books justice with the movies, but I'll stick to watching the first four :))
