exactly. And hopefully other people on this site who ARE under 16 see this and leave the site and delete their bimbo.I highly doubt that they will. The site still isn't appropriate for under 18 persons and the people who are on the site already feel vindicated by the stupid things that the owner keeps saying.
Literally speaking, you are correct about that. Digital art of nipples and sex toys are not literal nipples and sex toys. However, something not being tangible in the real world does not mean it's harmless. Adults exposing minors to explicit art is still illegal and very inappropriate, even if it's not images of actual nipples. This needs to be fixed as many others in this thread have said; either remove NSFW things from this site, make them inaccessible to anyone under 18, or completely ban minors of any age from Bimboland.Pixelated images of nipples ARE NOT real life images of nipples and are fine. All content is suitable for minors over 16+.Images of sex toys are NOT sex toys.
Here's about the top 8 things that should be done before anything else is considered.good points, especially number 1, someone who's familiar with internet law applications needs to go over the site and make sure it's properly done if 16+ is the way it's going. We don't want what happened with Miss Bimbo to happen again.
These things are in the best interest of the website and any possible future investors.
1. Get a lawyer to look over the website for at least local English Laws
2. Username changes
3. remove 18+ items (or lock to 18+)
4. remove sexy category (or lock to 18+, meaning those in that category are blocked to minors)
5. enter age when signing up
6. remove sex/drug references throughout site
7. block people below 18 from being SM/PB
8. Remove any Copyright infringing materials before the respective copyright holders find the site and sue you into oblivion Chris.
