To fight someone’s outfit, you must categorize your outfits and find a person with fights on and go to their profile and click the button under each fighting category. Mobile is a little slow so you have to let it load, I recommend doing this on computer instead.

Click on the edit button (the crayon) on your profile, add what you have in mind and save it. Be sure you have debates enabled (you can do that in the Privacy menu, the lock) and be sure you have enough tokens.
A debate costs 10 tokens, and you can get them by voting in other people's debates or fights. Each vote gives you 2 tokens, and you can vote 70 times a day (140 is you're a senator)

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.
