Ya'll got off extremely light for the amount of that was done. It's not like it was a tight jury call and votes were split 50/50, majority of those in the senate that are not your friends voted your friend group guilty.

The reason why majority of us are pissed off is because there was really no admission of guilt, no one stepped forward and took responsibility or had the integrity to. Ya'll pointed the finger at Nia, who we don't even know for sure is an actual person, who hasn't even logged since August. Your leaderboard stats should be reset to 0 at the very least.

Bobiczka/kimsim/whoever chose the punishment, I'm highly disappointed. You really let a lot of us on the server down who have helped to try and create a fair environment and have reported cheating over the past few months.

PS you'll need to delete this from your TOS since it doesn't apply:

It is strictly prohibited for one Player to register more than one Account, to use an Account opened by another Player, or to use the username of another Player in a fraudulent manner. My "negativity" as you call it is quite simple to understand, but I will explain:

NONE of you have proven yourselves to me anything more than a single person who plays on multiple accounts in order to get ahead. As Esuna said, you simply threw the blame on an inactive account. Surely if this was a different person, and a "friend" as you say, you would be the first to tell her that her account is in danger, as well as her good name, and she would have been on, even just once. But no. Instead, you all threw her under the bus without pause to consider what this would do to your supposed "friendship".

Second, YOU claim that you were punished, but we have yet to see proof of this punishment. Your top 10 positions have remained the same, which means you continue to profit off of your previous cheating, and because of that, it even gives your accounts an advantage in the new dueling activity as well.

Third, this game supposedly values transparency and a fair government. Where is the fairness in this to all of the players that don't cheat, and that have found their place in this game through hard work?

What I don't think Kim realized when he sent you PM's instead of doing this publicly is that the lack of results in this trial is basically a glaring example to all of those that would use cheating to get ahead: it is a bold statement that says " HEY! Make as many accounts as you want! Nothing happens when you get caught, and you can even keep doing it!"

It's also a slap in the face to those of us that attempt to play fairly, even if we have family and friends playing the game as well. When my husband started playing, I specifically told him NOT to vote for me in fights and debates, because it would give me an unfair advantage as he is my husband. Should I take that back? Should Chum and I not simply just vote for each other, but also combine our efforts to put those that we like ahead in the game? Does anyone else see how unfair that would be to others?

THOSE are some of the reasons why I am upset, why I post here. I have nothing against you as a person, I don't even know you beyond the trial, I base any judgement solely upon what I have seen in this trial thread.

Seconded. Kim, if I cheated and you took all of my diamonds and B Money away, it would be no trouble at all for me to just go and buy more than I even had to start with from the bank, or wait for a sale and get a super deal on some. As some of those on trial are paying members, this would be easy enough for them to do as well, and they'd quickly be right back where they started. Punish them with something that they can't simply throw money at, and Esuna's idea is the best one. Either that or just straight up delete their account. Zero tolerence for cheaters goes a long way, not only as punishment, but as a warning for others who might seek to choose the same path.

I agree with Esuna and Cum_Dumpster. Cum_Dumpster is My "girl Friend/Significant other" in this game and I don't always vote for her and she doesn't vote Just for me that would be totally UNFAIR to others with awesome outfits/answers in debates or fights
