Regarding gifts...I will tell some people what I want. It depends on who it is.
Ex. I asked my mum for a coffee maker. (I didn't get it, though.)
I definitely didn't tell my coworker what I wanted her to buy me for Christmas, though. I think it would have been rude to do so. Regardless, I loved the mug she got me. I already have quite a few mugs, but it was still appreciated.

My best friend of 15 years passed on Christmas and now I feel I have no real friends. Thankfully enough I have friends who are maybe open to becoming closer but it doesn't feel quite the same. I have never experienced a loss this close and it sucks.
However, I plan on traveling more. Being a better friend, dressing better, and maybe finally loosing 15 pounds because these were all things I told my best friend Id work on (for my happiness).
