sometimes it's so annoying to be alive. it's really stressful for me to feel bored........................................ i wish life was just explosions, screaming and chaos everywhere (in the sense of an endless immensity of things happening at the same time) and that i never got the chance to take a single breath
today (3/3) was my 19th birthday, my boyfriend of 2 years and 10 months broke up with me about 4 or 5 hours ago because he just doesnt love me anymore, i feel sad and numb, i wish we could just go back to our old co-dependency, im addicted to him so to speak, ive never felt like a whole person without him, and spending time with him felt like being able to finally breathe, i know i need to start being my own reason to live, but i still miss him and wish his feelings never changed and he was still obsessed with me because im still obsessed with him, im an empty husk now

i'm really sorry to hear that. i mean, jeez...he couldn't have picked a different day to do it? not the same thing, but when i was a kid, my parents told me they were getting divorced on christmas, so i at least understand what it's like to get bad news on a day that's supposed to be special. it's the worst time to give news like that yet people feel the most compelled to do it then, leaving the other person to deal with forever associating the two. sending love and healing your way <3

so, i have therapy tomorrow and today my mom fought with my dad on the phone and then said that i am her biggest enemy because we are not like the mothers and daughters she sees on instagram. i realized that the way my dad treats her each day defines the way she treats me and the way i'm going to feel and the way my life will be. and i have a history of forgetting absolutely everything bad that happens to me, so i can't tell the psychologist anything that relevant. so i decided to make a list of things my mom says to me right now while i can remember some things, and now i'm realizing how so many things she said that i considered normal are actually extremely mean and brutal. so here's the tip: when someone says something to you that makes you feel weird, write down what the person said so you can get an idea if it was ok or if it was bad. sometimes we're experiencing psychological abuse, or manipulation, or those things that keep us from seeing things for what they are.

on Saturday I brought up guitar hero to my dnd group during a lull in conversation and experienced something I haven't felt since high school - the DM said "that's a weird thing to bring up" and said some other stuff about how the games are so old now etc just made me feel so insecure about myself. it's just made me realize why I stopped talking about my interests in the first place, because that's always the sort of response I would get, that it's weird and no one else cares. and it made me realize that no matter how old I get I'm still going to be that weird and annoying person I was as a kid. I felt like I went back in time. it just sucked a lot and I can't stop thinking about it now almost a week later it still hurts. I never want to talk about anything again lol
