As you may know, the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs is currently open, and we are inviting interested individuals to express their interest in this role. I'd like to bullet point and discuss the expectations and requirements for this position, and if you feel up for the job, please give me a message!
Expectations for the Minister of Foreign Affairs:
Basic Photo-Editing Skills: Proficiency in fundamental photo-editing skills is required.Social Media Competence: Familiarity with creating engaging content on Instagram, including posts, stories, and reels.
Software Proficiency: Ability to navigate applications related to photo and video editing.
Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
Availability: The candidate should be available for the responsibilities associated with the role.

I am seeking someone who can match or exceed the performance of past Minister of Foreign Affairs and still enjoy the role and the game simultaneously.
While the role is enjoyable, it requires a level of dedication and professionalism. As Minister of Foreign Affairs, there is a level of activity that you will need to reach in order to be considered a good fit for the role. What I mean by that is, you are active enough on the game to understand what's popular and hot at any given time. You are happy to post on the official Instagram page what contests are going on at the moment, tease updates for the site, what fun things are going down in the forums and anything else that you feel would entice new users onto the game.
The MoFA role is created and designed specifically so that you can be creative and express your passion and love for the game, but also using this as a tool to advertise and engage Ximboland to new people. The idea is you want to encourage people to sign up for the game and keep them here, whilst also keeping things fun and lighthearted. You can view Ximbolands Instagram here. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the layout and expectations of the page before you message me to apply, as this is how you will be promoting the site to others, using the page. There may also be an official Twitter page being created, but more on that later.
I want to assure you that these expectations are not meant to be discouraging; rather, they are guidelines for the official page, so standards have to be met. You will not be totally alone when working on posts, as you will have direct contact with myself, my staff and State Ministers who I'm sure would be happy to also give their input and help when needed. In the PH, we like to work as a team and we'd be happy to have you on board. You and I will work very closely together, I will keep you up to date on what is coming for the site, and we can work together on advertising updates, crazes, contests, SW, etc off site.
This role is a great honor, and big shoes to fill, but I'm confident that someone here will have the passion and drive to succeed in this role and enjoy it! You will be greatly helping the site and its community grow and flourish, which benefits us all! After becoming MoFA you will be considered part of the PH and in turn part of site staff, whilst also gaining the MoFA title on your page
