otherworldly wintery land. Whether it's a kingdom cursed by perpetual
snowfall or a frozen over planet, how does your character survive in
this realm? Are the icy royalty, a wielder of winter magic, a creature
adapted to snowy terrain, or maybe a traveller trekking through the cold
unknown?

Remember there is now a leaderboard and i will check if you are on it. Only level 10 or higher can enter the PBFC. NOTE; Once you have registered you cannot edit or change your entry.
Note; It is advised that you do not
submit your outfit until the last few days as new items may be added
into the shop for the theme. The shop workers find out the theme the
same time we do.
To enter the unofficial poll:
Once
you have registered for the PBFC click on the PBFC tab and your entry
will be shown to you. Left click your outfit and click copy image then
send it
to me in a private message. If you cannot do that leave your outfit on
show and send me a message which outfit it is and i can take it from
your profile, after i have done that i will send you a message to
let you know. If you would like a reminder when there is 24hrs left to
send me your outfit comment it in the forum or send me a message.
When the PBFC voting starts the poll will be up 5-6pm on the 8th,
and i will close all polls when the PBFC results are in and will post the
poll results after i check the leaderboard.
How the poll will work:
Outfits
will be seprated into 4 polls. I will open 1 on the 8th, 9th, 10th and
11th and will close them all at the end. You will be placed into them
randomly. I will send you a message when you have been added into the poll.
Links to each poll will be posted into the thread and in my signature when they open.
I will send you all poll links on the 11th when all polls are open!
Why is there a poll? Back in January 2019 the voting for the DQFC wasn't any good and nobody liked
the way it was, so B-A opened a thread for us to screenshot the 3
outfits we were shown for 7 days. During that time i opened a thread
so we could all see each others outfits as we did not get to see many
and we would see repeats constantly. I also opened a poll to see if the
results would be the same and they wasn't the same. Since then i have ran the poll along side the official DQFC as many people like it.
Feel free to post your voting choice's here too. Some of us do it so we can keep track of any repeats we get.

A Ximbo senator is a senior member of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland. Only xenators are eligible to put themselves forward for election to senior government roles. Ximbos also get 10 x votes in all elections so they really do shape Ximbolands future.

A Ximbo minister is an elected or appointed official in the Ximboland government. These Ximbos are our leaders.

I want to become a minister or Prime Ximbo. How do I do that?
Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 2 stage process from Senator>Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo xitizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo/a minister they must first become a Ximbo senator.
Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.
How often do elections take place?
The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland holds elections every 3 months for Prime Ximbo and every 3 months for State Ministers.

The treasury/salary is the bank account of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 3 month term in charge.
How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo xenators.
A percentage (33%) of the money paid by Ximbo xenators via Paypal is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is used for further Ximboland development.
