Plastic Surgery - Yaay or Ney?

I used to be dead set on getting a nose job one day when I was much younger but at this point, I don't think that I would get my nose changed. Maybe some shaping on my jaw, but I don't think I would want to change much with my face anymore.
When it comes to body though whew, I have a whole list of things I'd get done if I had the money!

I hate that I love to be in pain.
I love the few plastic surgeries I've gotten . I'd get maybe 1-2 more things done, but I'd say it's been a positive experience as long as it's something you can afford and makes you happy, i don't think its a big deal. My only advice is don't go overboard. It doesnt give you the peace of mind you think it's going to and you get addicted to the idea of "i can fix this."

I'm mixed with plastic surgery. I feel as though anyone should be allowed to do to their body whatever they want, but some folks- namely ones that do it excessively- I feel should see a therapist before pursing it further. It can quickly become a mental issue if not handled properly. Not saying everyone that gets a lot of plastic surgery needs therapy of course, but there's definitely some out there that need that help first.
Personally I don't really want much plastic surgery, I'm very happy with my face for the most part. Only thing I didn't like of my face was my teeth, but braces fixed that lol. I don't know if it counts but I do want top surgery/breast removal though since I'm trans. Still unsure if I'll pursue bottom surgery at all, however that's a decision me in the far future would have to figure out. Maybe some liposuction or something as well? I'm very short (4'11") so even though I have some pudge I'm still considered underweight. Once my body didn't look any different and I didn't feel any different, but ended up under 100 pounds once!

Why? Well, I just admire anyone who does plastic surgery because it's just a matter of "I don't how my (body part) looks and that makes me unhappy, so, instead of being unhappy I will just change it so I will feel much better with myself!!"
