quick q: how do y'all keep track of who you owe? i'm pretty sure i've kept on top of things but I'm so scared I've accidentally left someone bereft!!When I was part of this list I didn't look at it as "me owing others debates" or vice versa. This isn't a favor for favor kinda thing, it's mutual cooperation. Don't stress over who you've sent stuff to and who you haven't, just send debates to everyone on the list and hopefully most of them reciprocate. There's always gonna be some players that are only on the list for their personal gain or who went inactive shortly after joining. While they get pruned fairly regularly you can still spot them pretty quickly as they never send any debates out at all. Those you can exclude from your "personal" list.

Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 2 stage process from Senator>Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo xitizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo/a minister they must first become a Ximbo senator.
Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.
