What Tibby said about dating apps - absolutely no shame! My wife and I met on Bumble and it was the fucking best choice and date of my life. We met at my fave bubble tea cafe in the morning and the date finished uhhhhh two days later.
I met my now ex gf at a drink stand I frequented after boxing classes, another ex partner at a life drawing class, and a couple others just in school (high school and uni).
The main thing (in my opinion) is to just talk to people, make connections. In real life, on apps, etc. let people know when you like their outfit, their company, anything. Not everything has to be deep in the beginning, you can build a real relationship starting with small talk.
It’s easy to feel unlovable in a world that is hyper focused on success and being in a relationship being seen as success. There’s nothing wrong with being single, and it absolutely doesn’t make you unloveable.
There are people out there who will be a fantastic fit for you - it can be frustrating looking for them, but worth the work.
