it's really interesting how caffeine affects different people. i don't think i've ever had anxiety because of it. i have to drink coffee in the morning to function, otherwise i'm anxious and get horrible headaches. after drinking coffee i feel completely normal, it's the lack of caffeine that affects me! some people even feel calmer and more focused after drinking coffee. it's fascinating!
I don't feel any relation between my caffeine and anxiety/mental health. Even sleep wise i dont notice anything much. But with the amount of research I am happy to do what i can. I think going completely caffeine free would destroy my life ngl and a little never hurt anyone. I have like 1-3 espresso shots a day, like whether that is a big coffee and a small, two smalls, or just one. I remember having around 5 in year 12 to try and keep up with some assignments.
In uni it feels like there is less pressure, and if i have to repeat a class it is easier, and there is less stigma. I will say i have the privilege of living in Australia with parents who are supporting me through uni, and even if they did not want to pay, I would not be detrimentally impacted. As how loans are set up, at least in vic. Most courses you do not have to pay until you make a certain amount of money each year. Along with the debt is just increased with like an indexation rate, it isnt some insane percentage. My course is at a good price for its value as well. this whole thing is the equivalent of just 1 year at a private uni i was looking at that kind of seemed worse.

Most courses you do not have to pay until you make a certain amount of money each year.omg, so simple, yet to smart... why isn't it like that everywhere?? i've never heard of anything like that, so i don't think there's such an option in my country. at my uni if you have a student loan but after graduation you're in top 10% of best students, you can apply for loan cancellation tho.
Australia has it flaws, but yeah i am so thankful our system isnt as broken as other countries. As I am one of the lucky people who doesnt have to stress financially on top of assignments

so interesting to see how caffeine affects ppl! i don't drink coffee bc i don't like the taste at all, but i'm a big pop (soda) drinker. i don't think caffeine affects me at all...i can drink it at night and i don't think it affects my sleep. idk if it's an adhd thing or what. i do kind of wish i had something that i could drink to give me energy when i'm groggy lolol. then again, i think the only that does make me groggy is my night meds.
