I have a question. I've seen some people frequent the top reputable list, and I was wondering how they manage to earn 1k+ reputation points in a short amount of time. I post on forums, give people reactions, comment on people's pages, and duels, vote on fights and debates, debate and fight people, but it still doesn't reach me to e even 500 rep points in a week. I was wondering how they all manage to do this.
(Additional one out of curiosity: how do people manage to reach about 5 digits for the sexiest in a week?)

It's all down to luck on the Rep front, and how frequently you visit the site and interact with it. On the sex appeal front working is the way to earn it and many people use diamonds to speed up work and do it lots.
Of course being a senator is a bonus because there are bonuses to the time you can spend doing things and use less energy.
Then there are artefacts that you can use to boost counts for periods of time.

Reputuation - it sounds like you are doing all the right things but perhaps you need to be doing more. I say this because if you are making a serious effort to collect reputation points by doing all these things then any level of player should be easily able to achieve 1000+ points in a week. For example, a citizen is allowed 70 votes per day (double this for Senators) and for each will be rewarded with 1 rep point by voting in a fight or debate. Now 7 x 70 points = 490 points which is half way to 1000 points. If you are struggling to get 500 points even then it sounds like you are not using all your votes each day which only takes a few minutes a day. If you have a few more minutes a day to to duel and post on forums (those where people up-vote) then your are well on your way to your thousand points. If you do the extras, have a lot of time to play and use the occasional artifacts then you can really make an impact on the leaderboard
Sex Appeal - low level players will struggle to make an impact on the leaderboard without using a lot of artifacts and diamonds simply because they have low level jobs which only return a small amount of SA per hour for every hour worked which is the primary method of working up SA and how the ‘sexiest’ manage to amass so much SA so quickly. Low level jobs only pay out 1 or 2 SA per hour, mid level jobs 20+ SA per hour while the top job (CEO) pays out over 80 SA per hour. So you can see a CEO can easily earn 5 digits SA in a week for working the same amount of hours that a player with a low level job may only earn 4 or even 3 digits of SA. The secret to earning a lot of SA is to get a high paying job which isn’t really much of a secret sorry :/

Bbydcll - yes once you approach People Smuggler a lot more job options will open up for you, and there are a lot of jobs through to the current top job of CEO. Incidentally CEO offers $48/hr & 82SA/hr and you need 6000 points each of Superficiality, Fitness and Vanity to qualify for the job and is a major achievement because of the time required to get those points. Keep working at increasing your Super, Fitness and Vanity and upgrading your jobs because you will see a steady and significant incremental increase in SA with every hour worked over time and this is one of the most satisfying elements of the game.
