hey everyone i will try liking every post i've missed during the time i was gone but first of all let me tell youse what went down (in so many words of course)
basically i have mental health problems and got myself landed in the behavioral health unit trying to run away from home (speaking of kids, a cousin moving into our small house with her 3 kids was the main trigger for this episode x_x she's a single mom avoiding homelessness, so i can't be mad). i am back home now (which sucks, but is much better than the loony bin i was at) and stabilizing on new medication. sorry if i worried anyone by being gone for so long !! i'm on the path to recovering again and also the path to moving out of my toxic household by the end of this year. that's my huge new years resolution XD
i hope everyone had a good holiday season and new years ! let's all make 2022 our bitch

So the weather here in my part of the UK has finally changed from cloudy wet and warm (ish) to Beautifully clear bright sunny and freezing cold (max temp for the last and next few days 4 degrees C) While I love the sunshine i'm a bit shy of doing stuff outside in the cold, I do though love to walk in the sunshine while it's cold. Some of my favourite walks are at this time of year on days like these.
I just want to go back to the needing a break thing, Yes I totally get the need for it. Whoever you are and whatever you circumstances I think everyone needs some alone time. For me it's the time i'm most creative, I dabble in writing and other crafty stuff. Of course work gets in the way of a lot of my alone time because I'm the go to person for when there are staff absences and they need cover.
Have a super Wednesday, i'm off to make sure i'm wearing Pink.. I promised i'd wear Pink on Wednesday.
