First of all, thanks to you all, especially Esuna and LillyAnn for doing a great job and putting much work into all this.
That said... I will say it again and be the Devil's Advocate here: I feel that we are overdoing it at the moment. I also uploaded many recolor of the same wig, but in some of these items I cannot even tell the difference on the thumbnail. Everyone likes new items in the shop, new being freshly drawn. Usually a collection that is new now comes in three to five colors and I think that is enough. I see, that for lips and wigs that can be way more without being too much, but 20 colors of the same dress that is so expensive few people will buy it does not really seem useful. The shops are very full and I like to browse through them page by page to find what I am looking for. For some categories this was tiresome already before, but now I had to click two pages to see a different item. Since we do not have a different sorting method at the moment (e.g. show one item and have colors in dropdown or color icons) nor a good search option (that permits searching for a color and maybe a price range) I feel we have to adjust our input to the system.
I don't mean to offend anyones work, really, but I'd prefer quality over quantity for the above mentioned reasons. 
Appropriate tags are more than helpful for navigating through the shop.
Some of the dressed will be removed, same applies for wigs. Some colors look very different to me while work on, while they look pretty similar when I upload them. So the only way to know how they look like on site and in shop is put more of them and then go through and remove some.
Some of the recently added wigs are already replaced with the samples that look better and they are selling already.
About the dress, I agree that 20 might be two much, but having just one is too little for the expensive dress. If someone likes that dress but prefers some other color over silver one (which was original sample), they will not bother buying it. With having more options, they might consider spending money on it.

I'm going to disagree with you guys on that, simply because variety is the spice of life, and some items look better in some colors than in others, but everyone has their own personal preferences. Plus, it's not like it creates any kind of server strain, far as I know. Over on LAF, we have 3 pages of hair colors to choose from per style, and they all manage to be different enough that I see the majority used across the site. We must remember that this is a dress-up site, and we should strive to provide as much of a selection as possible for our users.

As of right now we could really use some focus on a variety different of items, wigs are a lot of fun to play with and diversify an outfit. But the clothing and objects have gotten the shaft in comparison to the wigs. And trust me this girl loves wigs xD. So I'll try to find outfit items that could use an addition. ^_^
But I do see where all you other ladies are coming from in each perspective. It doesn't hurt to have more items, we don't lose anything from having it. I could do 30 reshades of one item, but it makes more sense to divide my time into 5 recolours of 5 different items and gage from there how well the community responded to it. If that makes sense xD.
