our state wars theme this time around is pretty in pink ~
first things first, if you weren’t around previously, or would like a refresher on how state wars is run, i’ll explain them below:
the idea is to be the first state to reach the point goal before the end of the state wars ( or have the most points at the end )! it is a point based system, and actions will generate points. these points can then be used towards boosters, or directly spend your points into our states bank - PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS UNTIL MYSELF OR THE GENERALS HAVE SAID SO! This is very important!
- we have a spreadsheet! this will be shared below in this thread once state wars starts, and this is to help keep track of where we are at in our points across the board. there is also a section in our spreadsheet which will tell you what actions will give you points.
you’ll want to add your name into the spreadsheet, but be aware i may rearrange you in alphabetical order ( and alt’s together with the main accounts; myself and the generals + alts will be at the top ). this is just to make things a little easier, so if you’re going to add your name, please do try to keep it in this order, you can add a column where you see fit.
please remember to update your points regularly and do not spend them! myself or one of the generals will let you know when and where to dump your points into boosters. we will want to keep track of how many points we have with our active citizens as boosters have a limited time we can unlock them. we will be using the spreadsheet to navigate when we can unlock boosters, as we don’t want to unlock boosters too early and miss out on them.
- being a senator gives you more points, so if you have senator grails ( the artefact ) to spare, feel free to use them during state wars as this will be a big help for us! every action ( such as winning a duel, working/any action in bimbo city, playing minigames ) that offers state war points will double if you’re a senator! grails are included in this! in our spreadsheet, we will have a colour code for senatorship with grails - please update this with your username/s accordingly, and mention how long the senatorship is for. once it is completed, then revert the colour to keep updated. this part is especially important for debates and fights! you’ll want to ensure you’re voting for your fellow atheistan, and vote for whoever is senator!
debates & fights
- to follow up: for debates + fights, please include atheistan clothing + signs! not only does this show state spirit, but it helps you stand out so our state citizens can vote for you! if you’re going to be competing in fights, make sure every outfit category is equiped with any atheistan symbol ( such as the signs ). if you do NOT see either player as an atheistan, SKIP the fight/debate and find one with an atheistan. it can be tedious, if you have not experienced state wars previously, the debates and fights will be clogged! don’t worry about the others, their states will be doing the same. we will also have a section in the spreadsheet to add links for fights+debates to vote for. however PLEASE do be smart about how you vote! for e.g. if another state citizen has debated an atheistan citizen, and the votes are 4 to 1 in the other states favour, it may be best to skip that fight or debate entirely! if you cannot ensure a win with votes from our fellow fish gang, do not waste your vote!
- do not stick to the 5:4 ratio - the debate and fight sections will be clogged! please vote 5:0, we want to get through these as fast as possible, and there’s going to be plenty of debates for everyone throughout ximboland.
- once again - vote for the senator! please use the spreadsheet to reference who the senators are ( again, this includes citizens who used the senators grail ), they will be highlighted in either blue ( senators grail ) or purple ( paid senatorship ). every win in a fight/debate gives state points, and senatorship doubles this amount! if both users are senator/non-senator then for ease, vote the left, but if a non-senator has challenged a senator, vote for the senator to maximise our points.
actions & points
- a list of actions will be found in the spreadsheet as well as said above, as well as the number of state war points it earns you, so even casually, grinding through ximboland will generate passive state war points
- your passive actions include; working, working out, studying in the library, going to the beauty salon etc, kissing in the club, back alley etc.
- you will also earn state war points by dueling, playing minigames, completing your daily tasks, selling clothing items, buying tickets/chests/tokens and even purchasing in the treasury/senatorship ( as said the complete list and the points rewarded are in our spreadsheet )
