Suggestions to improve Bimboland?
Just some very minor things, but still...
I would like to see a description in daily tasks updated and a specific post edited (see below) and hope this is the right thread.
So I have been reading a lot in the forums lately and I noticed that there is an increase in people opening topics which are doomed to die after 3 posts or ask a one time question that could easily be asked elsewhere (and often times already HAS been). I think it really clutters up the place and I supect the reason are
1. tasks to post (misunderstood as creating an new instead of answering in any thread)
2. old FAQ (leading to the misunderstanding that there is money for posts)
ad 1. I think its fine to have a daily task that says post something, but if there was a slight change in wording, do you think that would lessen those "spam" posts? How about "post a reply in forum"? I think it is "add a forum post" right now, is it? (haven't gotten it now as I needed to verify xD)
ad 2. There is a great wiki out there, but FAQ on the page itself only answers really basic questions and if a bimbo searches for FAQ in the forum they find the outdated FAQ thread (that has recently gotten more attention due to the misplaced debate debate ;)) and it still says there is money for posts.
After a new search to verify my claim ;) I found, that the old one* already has an updated version** Could we change that very post (the old one*) stating wrong information so it really becomes clear? Maybe edit the whole thing to either copy Iulja's version or edit the first post to link to the updated version? Please no info at the end of the thread, people don't read that far.
I haven't edited neither FAQ nor Wiki since few weeks... months maybe. During this time lots of new activities appeared (duels, diamonds) so both FAQ and Wiki are a little out of date, FAQ by Mandi is out of date since a long time, I have no idea why Sachem chose it to put there new announcements, the thread was dead for months before that. I'll clean it today and close it, so nobody will use it.
Generally I'm not the person who should take care about keeping Wiki alive, it's just an accident that I have access to Wiki edition. Hoiwever, if you want to edit something there or add to Wiki, you can send it to me. Active Bimbos were always rewarded for their work. If I have some free time, maybe around Christmas, I'll try to actualise it a little bit on my own, but I can't promise that.

I didn't want to suggest, that you Iulja do all the work :) I just wanted to point out that I think there is a reason why spam comes in and (someone) could make improvements - one of wich I assume only programmers can make. I am happy to write some things for the Wiki as long as I can say something about it - I am pretty new after all. I will switch to private message then to not clog up this thread :)

I wish we could see how many debates / fights we've already voted for in a day, and how long until they reset. Just to keep control of things a bit better.
Suggestion for arcade minigames -
currently we are limited to 3 per 24 hours (that is fine) - I would like to see the clock reset itself each day at the same time the login/daily tasks gets reset.
Otherwise (and this has been brought up and fixed with the daily tasks) if I play 3 games at 3pm, then next day at 6pm, the third day I have to wait until 6pm again, which means each additional day I have to play at the exact same time or else I lose that time.
It came up because I had played 3 games, then paid 70 tokens to get the next day's tasks and one of the tasks was...to play a minigame, which means I had to wait 24 hours for that to cycle, which means I was stuck on that task set and could not advance any further.
It would also make it easier if all things reset at the same time (voting on fights/debates, daily tasks, minigames, etc).

Maybe it would make the category "movie character" more interesting if one could label who is depicted.
Sometimes I don't have any clue and on the other side, I recently saw a good interpretation of Sandy
from "Grease" on a fight and was wondering how many bimbos actually know that character anymore.
I wish there was an option to view/find other bimbo’s outfit pieces so I can buy it or add it to my wishlist
