The era of the "game" has ended; the era of the Republic 2.0 is beginning.
Today, I announce the beginning of us formalizing a vision that started back in 1990 and found its home in 2014.
Under the eternal grace of the Xatriarch, Sindy Laarson aka Miss Bimbo, we are moving to a Sovereign digital Nation.
Under the eternal gaze of almighty Xod, our Head of State Sindy Laarson and the CodeX we are transferring the power of the State to YOU.

3. HOW DEMOCRACY WORKS IN REPUBLIC 2.0 : FROM IDEA TO LAW
● THE PROPOSAL: Every Resident, Citizen, and Xitizen can propose a Bill in the Town Square.
● THE PRIME FILTER: The Prime Ximbo reviews all community proposals to weed out
"low-end" ideas. Only professional, viable proposals are Tabled for a vote.
● THE VOTE: Verified Citizens and Xitizens cast their votes. Xitizen votes carry
weighted power as the primary shareholders.
● SOVEREIGN ASSENT: Passed Bills become Law unless vetoed by the Purple House in order to protect the Xatriarch’s vision or the CodeX integrity.
4. THE SOVEREIGN WEALTH PACT (33% TOTAL REVENUE)
We believe in true partnership. We are pledging 33% of ALL revenue —including
Subscriptions, Boutique Micropayments, and Advertising—directly to the People's Treasury.
The Prime Ximbo will propose the monthly split within these Constitutional Guardrails.

● CITIZENS (Verified): Eligible for the Basic Tier.
● RESIDENTS : Not eligible
● PURPOSE: These funds are designed to ensure that every active member of the
Republic can afford the latest couture and luxury items.
● REPUTATION MULTIPLIER: Your payout is a reflection of your activity. High
engagement and style increase your multiplier. Those who undermine our Xatriarch or

6. JUSTICE & THE JURY OF PEERS
● THE FASHION PEACE CORPS (previously known as Fashion police): Dedicated moderators maintaining the daily vibe and safety.
● THE JURY OF PEERS: In major disputes (as decided by the Minister Of Justice) , a Jury of randomly selected, high-reputation
Citizens and Xitizens will be called to decide innocence or guilt.
● THE VERDICT: The Minister of Justice executes the sentence (Reputation docking, fines, jail, or exile).
● SUPREME APPEAL: The Prime Ximbo AND/OR the Purple House intervene only as final arbiters of the Constitution.
7. THE SOVEREIGN FUND: EQUITY & OWNERSHIP
We are going beyond "in-game rewards." We are introducing The Sovereign Fund—a pool of
1,000,000 shares (10%) in the company that owns the Republic of Ximboland.
● Xitizen Ownership: Any Xitizen who serves the Republic for 12 consecutive months will earn the right to become a legal shareholder in the company.
● Developer/Officer Equity: We are reserving a portion of this fund to hire the world’s best Lead Officers to assist in automating our future.

The changes I have described above will take some time and we are hoping to officially Launch Republic 2.0 at the end of the next term from May 1st 2026
