dean asked for applications for FP and received few, no-one is hogging roles. FP must exist, if there aren't enough from non ministerial positions, they must be filled by trusted users.

FPs are needed if the forum editing tools have been removed from the regular ministers.
Of course Dean could handle it himself...the job takes about 30 minutes a day max.
SANP is not convinced that the forum edit, delete, move, pin/unpin and forum ban
tools are now solely in the hands of The of the MoJ and anyone with the "FP" title.
I'm not either...but I'm pretty sure this is correct. A confirmation from the other ministers amy help
but if trust is low even that won't placate the Cop who watches the Cops - SANP and others.
Sam is an FP. He is a trusted FP for Dean. After all...they are brothers, or married, or both. Probably both.
