I don't like it. I hate some sounds and it causes me to get annoyed or mad for no reason.
Thoughts on ASMR?
Like some people had said it's the food or drinks that really doesn't sit well with me. Don't even get me started on the slurping and lip-smacking! Just no, lol. I do enjoy the ear massage and whispering ASMR videos. They help me relax.

i got into asmr around 2016 by accident when someone I watched on youtube made a completely random asmr video now I have a hard time relaxing/sleeping without it. I remember getting asmr when I was younger when my mum or grandmothers would cut or style my hair so I guess it's also a comfort thing
I love listening to typing sounds and clicking. Food ones and weird mouth sounds annoy me
I like it, but I prefer hypno.
