I had some bloodwork done almost two weeks ago, and the results really crushed me. I thought I was surely healthy, but turns out my cholesterol levels aren’t quite right, and I have a predisposition for diabetes (it runs on my dad’s side). :(
So, I cleaned up my diet, and I’m already feeling sooo much better! Even seeing results just from cutting down on sugar!
What I wanna say is: do your routine checkups, guys!! And don’t let the results get you down, sometimes it’s a blessing in disguise ^_^
ohh and I love sweetened matcha or just matcha with coconut milk, but I guess that is over for me now ;-;
