okay so I have some tips!! you're not dumb at all, these games are hard.
Memory games: One of my strategies I like is that I memorize the top line. as I am flipping the top row I will repeat the cards to myself in my head or out loud based on like nicknames I've given them. If you remember the top line it makes a lot of other cards fall into place when you can come back and match with the top row. this typically gives me like the best or second-best prize depending on my luck basically.
Artifact crush: Try to prioritize getting matches of 4 and above instead of just 3 and when you can, match lower to the bottom. This helps with your score!
Sudoku: This sudoku game is actually very easy and doesn't require penciling in any tentative numbers like you might with harder puzzles on paper. it just takes a little bit of time. I opened up a new sudoku game as an example. Lucky me, this game started with one entire row filled in, but all games will follow this formula.
When you start a new game of sudoku on this site, there will ALWAYS be at LEAST one row, column, or square where the positioning can make you SURE the number goes there. On this site, you should NEVER put down a guess, only numbers you know FOR SURE go there—the only exception being a bug I'll mention at the end.
So starting up a new game, I always look for the row, column, or square with the least number of missing spaces. In this game, the least number of missing spaces in any row, column, or square is three, so I just picked one of those to start, highlighted here. Then I start going through the numbers in my brain in order to see if they exist in that row. 1 and 2 exist, but 3 does not, so I go through the empty spaces and see if there is a three already in that box, row, or column. Unfortunately none of those spaces have a 3 so I can't eliminate any, but that's fine. I move on to 4, which we also don't have. There's a 4 in the column of the middle space meaning it can't go there. There's also a 4 in the column of the next blank space so it can't go there. The last empty space on the far right has no 4s in any of the rows, columns, or that specific square, and because I know the other two spaces can't have the 4 in it, I KNOW it has to go there. I can now CONFIDENTLY add the 4, so you would add the 4 in that far right box in game.
Because the 3 can go in either remaining space, I can't decide that yet, so I move on. The only other remaining number is 9, which cannot go in the middle blank space because the square that space is in already has a 9. So the 9 has to go in the next blank space in that row, the one to the right. That leaves only one blank space left in that row and that's where the 3 goes!
After finishing that row I would probably try to complete the middle square if I can because it now has the least number of blank spaces of any row, column, or square—only 2. You would follow the same elimination steps as above, going through the missing numbers over and over until they're gone.
Now, there's a chance that the row, column, or square you start with won't actually have any numbers you can say *for sure* in it. In that case, just switch to a different row, column, or square with as few blank spaces as possible and try there. You shouldn't have to guess; you can always find a number that definitely belongs somewhere and as you move through the game and fill in spaces, finding these numbers will become quicker.
The one exception to this is near the end of each game. There's a small bug in this game where sometimes you will have a final set of 4 or 6 numbers (I saw 8 once) that could all go multiple spaces and you won't know for sure. In a physical game of sudoku, you'd just pick from one of the spaces the number fits and it would be considered correct. In this game, though, there is technically a "right" answer even though either would work. You can either guess and hope it's right or you can spend a diamond to reveal one of the numbers. If I want to get the highest score I usually guess, and if it's wrong I'll spend a diamond to reveal another number so I don't have any additional tries (because for Sudoku you cannot get any numbers wrong if you want to get the top score).
As far as the sliding puzzle, I honestly have no idea. I know people have strategies but I just can't figure it out. If anyone else has tips feel free to share them.
