I think we should consider that bimboland is getting new members daily. Hence, it is expected that some players are not familiar with the rules. Maybe we could be less harsh on first time proposed offenders and advise them on the rules of bimboland. And be more firm with members with repeated breaches.

Right, kind of like how HLB is right now. She gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. If you are caught cheating, you are given a chance to come clean, make a public apology, and start playing fairly. I think that is very reasonable.
