what do you do for self care?
The best self-care program starts on the inside, therefore I deal with internal feelings by writing them all on paper, then getting rid of it.
Blocking unnecessary people is also self-care, so I cleanse my social media, photo album, chats, and phone log.
I cleanse my room as well and make sure my surroundings are comfy.
Exercise and working out is a part of my routine, and over the years I figured that if I didn't work out I get sad and moody, so I make sure to walk for about an hour before I continue my self care regime.
after a long walk I like to eat something light, so toast and peanut butter, cut fruits, nuts and honey are my favorite foods after a walk, I like to take my time and watch something while doing this
I usually make green tea before having a long shower, then I sip on my tea while waiting 15-20 for my face mask to dry
Moisturizing, in this part I love taking my time, massaging and appreciating every part of my body. Every time I look at the mirror, I compliment myself and make sure to love and respect each part of me. This is a very important and big step of self care and self love.

@LacunaBatata damn you have your shit together, i have to mentally beat myself into working out at all and i think putting my phone on airplane mode would also take me an impossible amount of mental effort haha
i love collecting soaps and scents, using the fancy stuff in the shower or shopping online for lush products and perfumes makes me feel better. if i'm feeling really bad at least i'll be clean and smelling deliciously while sulking
